Miramonte is a very nice place. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant were delicious.
Some things they really need to improve.
The smallest room they have is very small even for children. The shower cabin is very narrow.
The rooms are incredibly noisy, we heard people walking outside, crying babies and their lullabies, in short they need to isolate the rooms better.
In the rooms the air conditioning hangs above the bed and it blows in your face while you sleep, super inconvenient and unhealthy.
In the hotel they have free bike service, super handy and very nice but you get a bike with no lights working, super dangerous if you have to cycle outside in the evening to the center and back to the hotel.
I don't want to come across as a whiner but this expensive hotel needs to improve some things.

We took a standard room and an extra full bed for a 10-year-old child fit in there. We didn't feel cramped, the room was bright and pleasant, with a balcony. Next time we'll take a superlux room!
The hotel is located in a quiet, calm and picturesque area. Beautiful hotel grounds, stylish design inside! There is a lot of greenery and beautiful trees on the territory. There are bicycles with a slight confusion with the keys. There is also a terrace for breakfast. In principle, there was something to eat at breakfast, a sufficient selection of fruits, there was papaya, which for me was a big improvement, watermelon, strawberries. Different yogurts, a varied choice on the menu. Nice cocktails for dinner.
Next to the hotel there is a small store with delicious local food and fruits.

Forte itself is not of my taste, too many shops, too crowdy and we could not find really good ice-cream.
As for sea location we were going to Spaggia Libero which is at the very end of city and it was nice.
In close reach there are marvelous places like Carrara, Pisa, Lucca etc. All with much better ice cream!
So Forte was not bad as a starting point for visits to other towns

Luxury beach village with great beach clubs, nice restaurants and all the luxury shops/brands close by. It is a town where you need a bike to get around instead of the car but that gives a lot of charm

It's a really nice place. Mostry for rich people, but not only. We are not that rich but we had a really good time here. A lot of shops, restaurants. You defenetly have to see the center of the City.

There were so many designer shops it got a bit tedious, when you see mens t-shirts in windows for £300 it starts to get a little silly, the evenings were nice as everyone walks around, no nightlife (clubs etc) which for me wasn't a major issue

Forte Di Marmi is a chic Italian town that is easy to get to from London. The beach and hotels are expensive, and taxis are a complete rip-off. That said, for a short break in a wonderful setting with some lovely Italian restaurants and beach clubs, it is worth going to but not if you have a small budget

I love Forte dei Marmi and I am happy to see how it changes...
I love Forte dei Marmi and I am happy to see how it changes through times. Very much new shops like Dior, Cucinelli, Bulgari, Loro Piano has open new spacious boutiques in the city centre. How much changed caffe where I take my breakfast (close to Prada), Fendi Boutique is very nice and have very friendly stuff.
Please do not forget to book your dinner, otherwise you will not find any place. All was fully booked end of august!!!
I loved to enjoy Augustus Hotel Beach, it is just perfect. Top service, very nice restaurant, super guys in the bar, super cocktails, very nice location and a lot of interesting events!!
I love family hotels but big ones are also very good. Hotel Miramonti, Hotel Hermitage and Augustus are my favorite.
I can`t wait to meet my friends during gala dinner at Augustus and Ted`ex event end of august and can`t wait to come back for the whole month next summer.

The Location is more than perfect! I dont think there is a hotel in forte dei marmi with a better location than this hotel! in the middle of everything! Our room is perfect for a family which is called a family room! there is a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds! it has also a large balcony! had a great time!
Very nice old style hotel located in the center of forte dei marmi with a stunning sea view. The rooms are spacious with all the comforts. The breakfast is very good with lots of options served in the lovely common areas.
