All of the staff were very nice and welcoming! The shuttle bus from the airport came on time and was very useful . I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming from the airport and need someone nice and cheap to stay for the night !

This location is perfect if you have an early flight from Malpensa but don't want to spend too much for your stay. Really easy to get here with the free shuttle from Malpensa airport. The bus goes from T1 to T2 passing through Case Nuove. From there you can easily find an adequate-costing hotel, but I would suggest choosing something with a restaurant included or close, because there's nothing nearby.

Very close to the Milano airport. They provide shuttle service. The breakfast was better than most great restaurants. But free! The on site restaurant also had very good food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. High standards.

We stayed here just to be close to the airport as we had an early flight. The room was nice but the A/C could have been cooler because it was humid. They have a bar open 24 hours & a restaurant within the hotel. Restaurant was "OK". The staff was very helpful & accommodating. One of them referred to us to a restaurant which was walking distance, very good & lovely which surprised me since the hotel seems it's located in the middle of no where. It was busy so recommend reservations especially for dinner. Many locals. They did have fast service (sorry, I can't recall the name) & very attentive. The hotel also had an airport shuttle for $15 Euro's a person which we had no problem paying.

Location close to airport allows do not use taxi - just take free shuttle bus 24h. Train and bus stations in the T1 helps you to get downtown of Milano easily. At least 2 nice restaurants are close to hotel. Free parking and lot of rent-a-car collecting slots is great for auto travellers and makes this hotel good starting and returning point for journeys to lakes, Switzerland and so on.

Well if you are transiting or spending 1 or more nights near the airport this is the perfect place I think such a great value for money! the attention to the details was incredible it felt like a 5 star luxury hotel!

The breakfast was excellent - not standard as we expected but a lot more variety of food items and tastes.
Coffee was excellent.
The coffee corner in the room was a great help too because we arrived really late at night.
Good to know that there is a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning!

There was everything that needed: microwave, mini fridge, snacks, shower gels, even toothpaste! Especially I loved the coffee machine.
There were few restaurants around with Italian cuisine.
Getting the hotel was a bit long, but easy: we took shuttle bus from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and got out on Case Nuove stop, then it took about 5 mins walk to the hotel.
Family led hotel, placed in the private house. Good for the travelers who have a flight early morning. Hosts care of visitors; you can find yogurt, milk and juice in a fridge; coffee/ tea corner is enriched with cookies and jam.
There is a just 10 min walk from the Airport shuttle Terminal1-Terminal2 bus stop at Case Nuove (between 2 Terminals). The bus is free of charge and is available from about 6 a.m till 11 p.m. each 20 minutes. You do not need to book a taxi or paid bus service to and from your hotel, located in the Case Nuove area.
Good location and connection to the airport (Malpensa). The host shared very useful and helpful instruction on how to reach the hotel from the airport so we managed to be there 20 minutes after landing.

The place is perfect for those who has early morning flight or who arrive late night and need a room close to the airport. Be ready to hear for planes starting accelerate before takeoff ± from 6AM.
At first we got a bit worried because it's not a hotel but a room in an apartment in a house with shared kitchen. The communication with owner was easy (Bruno speaks perfect English) and once we got inside, we had a quiet night, good shower and bed. The house is just across from a free bus shuttle stop to Malpensa. No complaints at all

It's not a hotel, this is a guest house with shared kitchen. In the room you have a bedroom and bathroom. Very nice garden. Very detailed instructions from the host. Lots of place for car parking.
Excellent place close to Malpensa. If you're willing to walk, there is a free airport shuttle running every 15 mins that will drop you at the Holiday Inn which is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you're planning a trip to Milan, keep in mind it's an hour + train into downtown Milan. Super nice place and accommodating staff.
It's a peaceful, quiet place, even though it's very near to Malpensa airport. Arianna & Luca are very friendly. Ask her to tell you how to walk to the restaurant in the village of Case Nuove. It's good food. This is an ideal place to recover from a flight, or prepare for departure.
While small and generic, the rooms are comfortable here; the hotel is pet friendly for a €20 charge, unless you travel with a service animal, they will waive the €20 charge upon request. The continental breakfast is quite varied and included! The staff is friendly.
We were 2 friends and would've liked single beds, not one queen bed, but we knew in advance th e queen bed was the only option. Still if the hotel had 2 single beds in a room, even pushed together as one, that would've been better.
This was a great hotel to stay after a late flight. Location close to terminal 2 and shuttle bus stop. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely use this hotel again.

nothing. i was told you were open till 12. i got to you at 11:30 and it was closed. i called and you said it was closed. you refused to take me in. i had to book a room at another hotel.
Second time I have used this particular hotel for an overnight stay. The rooms are nice and spacious and reasonably soundproofed. I particularly like the bathtub.

For a stay over pending flying out from Malpensa this hotel is truly first class. From the helpful reception to the bar to the shuttle bus we could not fault it.
