I went to Casciana for thermal cure. I was very happy to find a B&B like Villa Borri. These are small flats, with comfortable bedroom, living with kitchinette and what you need to cook something easy such a risotto or some pasta.
Nice bathroom with shower is completing the unit. I paid this 78 euros per night to Booking which includes commissions. I found this extremely good compared to what I find elsewhere and abroad. This is the reason for my very good report on Villa Borri. If needed I certainly br there again in the future.

The owners, the pool and the location make this hotel! I was greeted by Giovanna. She is warm, welcoming and attentive to the guests and their needs. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Nestled in the Tuscan Hills in the quaint village of Casciana Terme, the stay is across the from the Town Square; providing a walkable experience to enjoy great, but casual Italian cuisine, as well as a slice of local village living!

If you hire a car you can get to the beach in 40 minutes and there are many lovely villages within 20 mins.
Great central location for seeing the best of Tuscany.
Good bus service which takes you to Pontedera train station where you get the train to Pisa.
This is a fantastic hotel run by exceptional people who cannot do enough for you to make your stay so enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I fully intend to re-visit in the future. This is a three star hotel that should be ten stars. My grateful thanks to Giovanna, her husband and all the staff that made our stay such a wonderful experience.
Michela is a very friendly host and was very helpful during our short stay in her apartment. We enjoyed the layout and found the bathroom particularly nice. Casciana Terme is an interesting town which has all the necessary facilities (supermarket, etc) and was hosting a "village festival" during our stay, which really livened things up. We even had fireworks !
Gorgeous place with a very unique "smell of history" and Tuscan authenticity. Private property with very large garden/forest situated in a quite location at the edge of Casciana Terme. Our host Paolo was very kind, friendly and helpful + smiling all the time :). We truly enjoyed our stay.
A very comfortable flat, loads of space and giving us complete independence to do what we wanted. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Casciana Terme is also a little gem of a town with a lovely thermal pool and spa facilities.

Lovely location, beautiful views over the Tuscan hills. Serene surroundings just perfect for relaxation and yet only 3 minutes from Casciana Terme and its restaurants and weekly market.
The accommodation was comfortable, the bed warm for the cool nights (I stayed in mid-March).
Very old fashioned hotel, but top location, just across the main entrance to Thermal baths. If you can live with small Nick nacks then you can stay for a couple of nights. Good value for money!
