Staff was courteous and helpful, no doubt. However it was more mechanical than applied.
Food was good, but a variety wud have been appreciated.
Help on local sight seeing was forthcoming but should be more qualitative than summery.
Big balconies were welcome but were not useable as protection from monkeys was absent. Nets wud have helped, as was put in restaurant.
And the bath linen was not clean and lacked recycling care.

I had two days stay in the hotel.This hotel is in the middle of the forest.If someone is bored of the urban life this is one the finest place to relax and chill.It’s worth for 2 to 3 days stay.Few difficulties I found with the property is the accessibility.We have to travel around 2 to 3KM off-road to reach the property.I enjoyed it as I had an SUV with me,I believe this road will be quite difficult for small cars.
I had a feeling that the hotel could have organise some kind of activity for the customers like trekking or something else to spend some time on.
Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable.I had a good time with brookside.cheers!!!!

Recommended by a friend and one of the best places I've been. Very pristine and local experience, unlike other commercialized hill stations in TN and Kerala. Weather was perfect. We went during monsoons but the rains added a new level to the experience.

There is no safety for customers roof tiles may fall on your head any time and in that case they provided alternative room which is inferior quality and low standards. Highly unsafe for children and elders. Management focus only on money making and no responsibility towards their fault.

I would probably only go here if you had a solid plan mapped out or a guide otherwise it’s very difficult to find things to do. Most of the attractions are things like a lake or a dam, if you’re looking for nature and trekking/hiking there’s only 1 or 2 here, would go to munnar instead of you’re on the hunt for something in the mountains/nature appreciation.

Vegetarians might find it difficult coz there are not many pure veg restaurants around. Surrounded by beautiful Greenery around is a treat to body & mind. Banasura dam, tea factory, hillview places are a must on your itenary.
Location, cleanliness, staff. Rooms were clean and tidy as showed in the pics. We were at the top floor, the mountain view from this floor is amazing, especially in the mornings.
Staff were courteous enough to answer the questions we asked regarding nearby places.
Especially Mr MANU was so helpful during our stay at the property. He was like one man army, to take care of all the guest needs.
Vythiri Gardens Homestay in Wayanad was a perfect retreat for our group of friends. The three bedrooms were cozy, the garden and outdoor seating provided a serene escape, and the attentive and friendly staff, coupled with the cozy ambiance, made our stay truly memorable. The overall experience was refreshing, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
The location is close to all the tourist places in WAYANAD, the property is well maintained with all the facilities and spacious rooms. The host Mr. Roney is very friendly and always available for any help. It felt like we stayed in our relatives home for few days. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone 😁❤️
The property is excellent in terms of location, amenities and hospitality. The entertainment activities were also good and so are the activities at the resort. There is alao a lovely trek that one can go for just ourside the resort. We spent 4 days at the resort and were not bored even for a single minute
First and foremost, the location is absolutely gorgeous. 12 acres of forest. Within that, the resort stands with all its glory.
Truly a memorable experience. And the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Surely recommend anyone to visit this place. I will surely go for a second and third time.
The location is excellent and scenic, on a hilltop just beside tea plantation. Resort is built in a old british time banglaow, it will give you a different vibe..
Road to property is nice if you take the correct deviation from highway. Take a u turn type deviation from vythiri main road.
Descent room, we stayed in 2 BHK. Friendly owner. It had additional mattress and add furnitures.
Clean bathroom and all facilities. Near to road.
He gave mosquito repellents on request. Also guided us on tourist places and how to plan around.
Also has accommodation for driver.
The property itself is nestled in a beautiful place with great views. For people who do not have their own transport, it can either be restrictive or expensive to venture out to nearby locations. We did not have intentions to explore and hence we did not mind.
Comfortable and affordable homestay. Host was much friendly and available at all the times. We reached late at midnight still he was okay to welcome us and he arranged us cab for sightseeing. This gud stay for everyone who wish for a budget stay in wayanad.
Nested in remote location. Surrounded with full of greenery. This property is 2 months old and is in developing stage. I wish there will more amenities added in near future. Over all it's a pleasant stay.
