The staff's are not at all helpful, food was worst no facility after 10. If you have kids we recommend not to visit this property , very bad experience . We booked 5 rooms and when we went there the rooms were not cleaned at at all . Its worst experience will never visit there again

The hotel had big rooms and were clean but bit old like toilets had few maintanace issues like shower nob had broken. The balcony view from room 311 side was not good as we could see only a big flat but on the other side it had a beautiful valley view. Located near to the churam (Thamarasheri churam) its located little outside city but that was our preference. The food was decent and there was ample parking space even for our 11-seater TT van could be parked. Many tourist places were nearby. The staff were very helpful. We used the covered swimming pool on the rooftop but the water was very cold so we had to come out fast. They have other playing options like badminton and carroms on the 5th floor. WiFi was fast enough for us.
