First of all, I am going to say is that I booked this property just because of the name ITC Hotels was associated with it, even though I got mixed reviews before visiting the property from my known ones who visited this property earlier. The stay was not up to the mark which I thought it was going to be. There were good elements as well as many bad ones too. I am going to cover all. In the coming days I would like to share my experience with the ITC Hotels as well.
Good Ones:
1. The location is right at the Delhi – Jaipur highway. Very convenient. Although the Entry of the Hotel is quite elusive, I missed it the very first time. Very close to the original Old Rao restaurant.
2. Staff was Polite.
3. Size of the rooms was justified for two-three people stay. They appear to be clean with few of the basic amenities missing. But that is okay.
