i usually just check into a city hotel for a staycation to recharge (and it usually works). Decided to give Shreyas a shot to reset, rest and recover + go deeper into my meditation practise. So happened i had a bad cough (for weeks) as well. There was a surreal sense of calm and tranquility as soon as i reached. even the staff had an air of zen about them. Special shout to Dr. Akhil who gave me a whole lot of ayurvedic teas, shots and meds and the cough is mostly gone now. I have returned super refreshed (and excited) on a busy monday at work. Will def be visiting many times over! truly a beautiful spot + fantastic treatments in a beautiful treatment centre + just sitting on my balcony every morning and watching all sorts of exotic birds around me + awesome wholesome food made this a really exceptional stay

The peace and quietness were the highlights of Sattva farmstay. In addition the pool made it all the more fun for my kid. The greenery around and the natural sounds of birds and insects were a refreshing change from the concrete city life. Would love to visit again.
