All staff were great. However, Janat, the woman at reception is one of the best front of house staff I have met in India - it comes naturally to her to help guests have the best stay possible. She is an asset to this hotel and without her my stay would have not been so good.

As I didn’t make the most of the free breakfast I was offered dinner one night which they organised from outside and it was really good.

The garden area was meticulously maintained and provided a tranquil escape. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional service. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway in Goa. Also, Cheryl is a wonderful host who was really nice and provided us with great service.
What's there not to like!! An excellent heritage property very well managed by caring staff. Every thing is taken care of and you are made to feel part of the household. The recommendations given by the manager were excellent and it made our stay in the area even better. The food was some of the best we had in Goa. The rooms were spacious and other guests were also very interesting. You might not want to explore Goa and stay indoors all the time.

Stayed here from the 12th to the 20th of December, 2022. Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms done up very tastefully and well stocked bars in all the rooms. Housekeeping was spot on and linens were changed everyday.The villa is very well located, close to Assagao and 20 minutes from Morjim beach. We had a wonderful stay at the villa and look forward to staying here again.
I was sleeping like a baby here. Matress and pillows are very comfy!
The location of the apartment is really nice less than 5 min walk from thalassa, the view is great.
Good thing that it's very calm here. I personally don't like noisy loud tourists roaming around like in hotels.
Good plus - there is water filter and a bbq on the terrace.
The studio we had was very comfortable, all facilities you would expect for self catering, exceptional touches such as a 10 litre water flagon, soap, tooth brushing kit, washing up facilities, etc. Very close to centre of Siolim. Large roof terrace with plastic chairs and a table. Artificial grass area for those who wish to sunbathe.

- property is bit far from Calangute and baga but if you need a peaceful stay then you will love this place.
- The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.

Would love to visit again
Rooms need to be connected to power backup. It is a known fact that Siolim and most other areas in Goa experience power cuts often. Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.
This place is Cozy and frankly speaking we loved the place. The property is located right at Siolim junction which makes it easier for fulfilling daily needs. Our stay was smooth and the best part was the swimming pool. You can also use the pool whenever you want as the pool is accessible 24*7.
Peaceful environment, spacious room which lets you enjoy the other part of the Goa. Either a group of friends or couples, the place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

When I came to hotel, honestly I was not expecting that hotel will not have lift, but looking at the hospitality of all staff was just great. All staff was very friendly and honest the location was amazing and this made my stay nice and pleasant.
