All staff were great. However, Janat, the woman at reception is one of the best front of house staff I have met in India - it comes naturally to her to help guests have the best stay possible. She is an asset to this hotel and without her my stay would have not been so good.

The location of the apartment is really nice less than 5 min walk from thalassa, the view is great.
Good thing that it's very calm here. I personally don't like noisy loud tourists roaming around like in hotels.

The studio we had was very comfortable, all facilities you would expect for self catering, exceptional touches such as a 10 litre water flagon, soap, tooth brushing kit, washing up facilities, etc. Very close to centre of Siolim. Large roof terrace with plastic chairs and a table. Artificial grass area for those who wish to sunbathe.

- property is bit far from Calangute and baga but if you need a peaceful stay then you will love this place.
- The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.

Location of the hotel is at great place near river. Staff was professional and very polite, helpful. Housekeeping staff always take care of cleanliness. Welcome drink was provided at the arrival. Room is spacious even balcony also. Food is yummy.
The hotel property is located at a peaceful place.
Rooms need to be connected to power backup. It is a known fact that Siolim and most other areas in Goa experience power cuts often. Guests had to spend 12+ hours without power in one night. Charge a bit more for the rooms if you like, but at least keep the fans and lights on when the power goes.
This place is Cozy and frankly speaking we loved the place. The property is located right at Siolim junction which makes it easier for fulfilling daily needs. Our stay was smooth and the best part was the swimming pool. You can also use the pool whenever you want as the pool is accessible 24*7.
We loved everything. There was privacy. Everything was clean and well equipped. 3-4 people can comfortably stay at this place and enjoy their heart. Everything is very close to the location and that's a great advantage. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Goa.
When I came to hotel, honestly I was not expecting that hotel will not have lift, but looking at the hospitality of all staff was just great. All staff was very friendly and honest the location was amazing and this made my stay nice and pleasant.

Great location in a quite part of Siolim, it’s a perfect base to go towards Calangute/ Baga/ Anjuna as well as further north to Ashwem and Arambol.
