Nothing. Hotel like should not be in booking.com. Most importantly cctv camera was in the room without any warning. What kind of hotel puts a camera in the exclusive guest area. Plus they charges gst taxes when they don't have any gst number on their own. They failed to give a proper receipt at the time check out. Afterwards they send a receipt with gst number of some advertising agency. For that I will make a separate complain to gst authority. Overall hotels like this should not be on booking.com.

Very cooperative and supportive staffs. The property is clean, beautiful and nicely decorated. It has balcony, parking place and the rooms are spacious with private 3 rooms in each. This hotel was a nice budget place to stay, and the staff were very helpful with anything I needed! A couple of the staff members speak excellent English as well which is a bonus for foreign tourists. The room was a good size and definitely one of the cleanest places I've stayed in at this budget range.
Location-wise it's good for quick access to restaurants, shops etc, however most hotels on or close to Mahatma Ghandi Main Road will have this.
