The breakfast and the meals were excellent and covered various cuisines around the world. The chefs including Sanjay under Naseem the head chef who was always around checking things did an excellent job. Sunil Kumar the Restaurant Manager was efficient and so were the Reception staff- Nayan who made our check in seamless. Special mention to the other Reception staff Saif and the others whose names I forget who always served us with a smile. The staff who carried our baggage and the watchman all did a wonderful job.

The staff at reception was very un - cooperative and rude and refused to give us the room booked through Oyo. as per decided price from OYO and demanded more money leading to a great great harassment and discomfort
