Property is good. Though it’s not new but well maintained. It’s close to the Gir Safari ticket reservation centre. Pool was good but the TT rackets were not good. Overall the stay was great. The kitchen staff was very good and so was the food.

The location was terrific for going to the Gir safari starting point - just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and aesthetically done. ACs were working well and so was the lift. Food was decent too, given that Sasangir is basically a village. Probably the best/only budget hotel with all amenities close to the safari park and in the center of the village.

I had the worst experience ever in staying at tourist place near Gir forest in Gujrat, India. How did a reputed online platform like yours allowed such a filthy and third rate accommodation for visitors to Sasangir famous for Asiatic Lions. We had planned the visit long time ago but we had a very bad experience. The owner of this place doesn’t manage this place instead it’s managed by Mantaram Hospitality based in Rajkot, Gujarat. They are least interested in managing the resort. This place doesn’t even have a fridge!! They don’t supply toilet paper for the guests. This resort is managed by a person named Anil who can’t read or write, He is ill behaved and tried to extort more money from us just as we were leaving even though he had given us a recent of payment of the due amount after receiving full amount a few days before. The guy who manages Mantaram Hospitality is equally uncivilised and tries strong arm tactics to extort more money at the last minute. We had booked our stay from 20th March to 27th March but they refused to let us stay after 23rd and we had to make our own arrangements to stay elsewhere causing a lot of inconvenience. It is racketeering run by local thugs in connivance with the owner. Never go there.

The safari was a great experience.
The safari was a great experience. Sighting a lion or leopard was of course important, but the ride through the jungle in an open jeep, especially early morning, was great. A word of caution, they don't accept digital payment, so carry enough cash to pay for your safaris.

Fab jungle!
Fab jungle! The safari was excellent, we actually spotted 2 lionesses and 3 cubs! The most exceptional part - sitting in the gypsy for old people is so easy because the gypsy pulls up next to an elevated platform. So no trouble climbing in! The same facility exists even inside the jungle where the washrooms are there. The guide and driver (Suresh and Bhavesh) were exceptionally good! The jungle is also unique - totally brown - unlike others which tend to be more green. Definitely worth visiting.

The Best👌🏻 n well organized arrangements after booking online... hassle free allotment of Safari Vehicle with very generous n knowledgeable Guide who took us for almost two hours ride in forest areas... by tracking the Lions' family in Groups with help of Bikers... Sasan Gir is the gateway to Gir National Park. This is the only place in India where one can see Asiatic Lions. A must visit national park if someone is interested in wildlife. Birdwatching is another added benefit of this place.

The Safari was just awesome . If one is looking for fine dining then it is a major disappointment but the place offers awesome authentic kathiyawaadi food. The place is famous for safari and it's worth paying a visit once.
Really amazing hotel super close to the Sasan Gir National Park. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating, theybreally went above and beyond trying to make me feel welcome. The food is quite good, the ONLY complaint is that it was a bit oily. Very plentiful! It's definitely worth the price. Also, really beautiful views from the balcony and the rooms are nice, clean, and safe with comfortable beds. Also, a bonus is that I am pretty sure I saw two lions from my balcony in the distant fields!
Everything was good while we were staying here!!! Thanks to the view, we could have lots of nice pictures!! The rooms were beautifully decorated, designed to ensure that their guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We have had the privilege of staying at many beautiful resorts in and outside of Sasan Gir but we have honestly never experienced the level of exceptional service as we have had at Daksh Eden.
We really enjoyed our stay in Gajraj Gir Farm, it was a pleasure to stay in a beautiful and clean environment in the middle of the forest, away from the pollution of the city, we also saw lions and leopards in Gajraj Gir Farm, and the most beautiful thing there is The nature of the staff of the hotel was very nice, the food of the hotel was the most delicious in the village
The family running this resort ist extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. They picked me up from the bus stop and took me back there when I left. Also they took me on a trip with their car around Sasan Gir. I felt like being part of the family. The food they provide is excellent. And the resort is just at the border of the national park so you might spot wildlife.
It was an amazing stay for us staying @Hiran Holidays, enjoying the nature & farmhouse along with the riverfront. And ofcourse the wonderful food & hospitality. 😊

Really nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Tea and Coffee making in room was a nice bonus. Shower great, hot and powerful. Hotel only has double room so we booked two rooms but still great. Excellent location for National Park reception and Railway station. Restaurant was good, although not all items on available. Breakfast was good
The property is fairly newly constructed and hence the interiors of the room are well maintained. The Hotel is located right on the Veraval-Somnath highway giving it proximity (< 5 km) to both. Also there are ample restaurants at walking distance (< 1 km) and many more within the 2 km radius.
The Fern Hotel is located nearby Gir National Park. We stayed here as we had booked lion safari. We really enjoyed the stay. Room are palatial type- very neat and big. Bathrooms are maintained very well. Food was good. Lush greenery everywhere. It’s like staying admist nature.
It's one of the best nature resorts that I've seen. It's nestled between mango farms, and is also surrounded by the forest. There's also a river that flows nearby.
It's very quiet, peaceful and totally "value for money". I look forward to staying here again.
Worst Hotel ever vistied. They commit something else and gives you something else. Don't go on the photographs. And even rates showings here in bookings.com are double the rates than what they are offering to customer who visit them directly.
the staff - Jaideep / hitesh and others including the restaurant are very attentive, friendly and helpful. excellent food and the short documentary shown about sasan gir at night was entertaining.
The location is very convenient, on the main road. The restaurant serves good food - with both buffet and a la carte options. The hotel organised an enjoyable entertainment program in the evening.
Best part of the lodge is its location. It's located just adjacent to the Gir National Park. Hiran river is also nearby. The resort is actually located inside a mango orchard amidst lush greenery.
