Had a great room located near the back of the hotel, quite.
Restaurant provides a good menu and many different foods.
Note that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building and the restaurant is on the roof.

Great value for money in Colaba - hotel is located next to the famous Leopolds Cafe in the middle of Colaba Market and a 2 minute walk to the Gateway of India. Rooms are a little dated but price and location are well worth it.

Whole staff are fighting with each other in front of guests. Abusing each other. Including security guards are fighting. Rooms. Not cleaned while checking in. Broken Glass , water on floor it's all dirty. Very poor maintenance .never go there
