had an excellent stay at Hyatt Raipur in February 2022 for
business. The hotel is amongst the best options in Raipur
given its proximity to the airport and being adjacent to the
Magneto Mall.
The catering facilities are top class especially the
breakfast served in -house (thank you Monisha, Raja and
Ajen for very personalised service).
Overall, an excellent choice based on location, quality of
rooms and service etc.
The approach to the hotel is narrow and the parking is restricted. The parking is just a basement with 5 parking bays for four wheelers. The check in was easy. The front office staff were efficient and ready to help. Since we were driving through an important aspect was the proximity to the highway. The Front office staff guided us and it was a breeze. The rooftop restaurant was very nice.
This was a very good property and available at a very reasonable cost. It is at a walkable distance from the railway station. The breakfast as well as food in the restaurant was delicious. The room provided optimal environment for relaxing after hectic days work. I shall certainly choose to stay at the same place whenever I return to Raipur. I am grateful to the owners and staff.
The staff were very lethargic. It took them 1/2 hr to check in and again another 1/2 for checking out. They handed me a deactivated key card for the room. They also charged me a hefty amount of Rs 2500 for a stain the bedsheet. I didn't find it anyway reasonable. The manager was rude and wasn't ready to listen on anything. Apart from this the room was clean and proper.
Everything at Hyatt Raipur was comfort maximized. Right from Shashi at the reception, and even before we checked in, to Monisha, Ajen, Chefs Hasib & Ganesh, and Dipanjan in the cafe, we felt at home and were treated with sincere care, and we felt extremely welcome and comfortable. Absolutely brilliant service all around.
