Looks better in the pictures, but the location is very good. Sad that they building design doesn't have windows in the best angle. Recommended as a fair value place if at the right price. Staff are fine.

Peling town is very crowded.
Peling town is very crowded. Some tourists like it so I guess it is okay with them . There are many home stays nearby which are just perfect . As for food there are various options for non vegetarian food . Vegetarian options are limited . The only option I preferred was Hav-Mor. It is a vegetarian restaurant with Jain options available. It is situated near the market place . There are not many options for shopping in Pelling . The nearest place to go for shopping is Geyzing.

I got what I expected.
Pelling is the only place on earth from where you can get awesome views of the entire Kanchanjunga range right from your hotel.
The food is delicious too.
Overall, we had a great family trip in Pelling.
I would love to visit Pelling again and stay at Yuksom and explore it more.

Make time for the palace ruins - it's a 3 km walk each way. Very pretty. The way for going has some slopes to navigate, return is very easy.
Let it be the first or second place you visit in the day.
Visit one waterfall - we went to Rimnimbi
Visit the orange garden, go to the river, it's clear. Very pretty. There is a lady who sells fruits and juice, we had and were okay.
I'd say one of the best things was that on the last day, the clouds parted and we got a good view of Kanchendzonga from our hotel room

Pelling is a peaceful place. one can easily look the high peaks of the Himalaya. I stayed for 2 nights but wanted to spend more time here. It was the best place of mine after Gurudongmar lake in Sikkim. Although my whole Sikkim trip was fabulous. The foods were delicious. There are various restaurants for non-vegetarians as well as for vegans.
One thing I didn't like in Pelling was there is only one ATM which wasn't working. One has to keep enough cash before coming here.
I would definitely visit again this beautiful heaven and will spned more time with nature. I have some pics of beautiful mountains shot from my hotel room.😍😍

Picturesque and clean tourist place.
Picturesque and clean tourist place. People are tourist friendly. A little bit costly place. In clean weather the full range of Kanchenjunga is seen wonderfully from any spot of this place. Conveyance is mainly dependent on small four wheeler. Many street side restaurants are there.
The phamlakhang ecohomestay...is situated in front of kanchenjunga mountains...the beautiful view of these mountains early in the morning is the spectacular moment to catch and watch. The mager Mr.Wangchuk and his family is,extremely polite, Friendly and very helpful during our stay. The entire family is very much in to the hospitality..in just 2 days I became quite comfortable with them. This homedtsy is situated in Pelling in West sikkim. I highly recommend this homestay those who want to to go to pelling
Rustic and beautiful country side feel with solitude, where one can relax and be one with nature. Though this property comes with a view of the Kanchenjunga range, we were a bit unfortunate not to see it due to very thick cloud cover of the peak during our stay.

Hello Home is very cozy, comfortable and homely. Property is very clean! Great communal areas to chill and lovely views. Food was also great and family lovely too! Soman was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
Good location- near the monastery and amongst the forest. Only thing to note is wrong location on booking.com. Property is actually a few km outside of Pelling.
The owner's hospitality was very nice and heartful gesture. The whole family with children can make it a home like experience. The food was very nice and homely prepared with heart. The host can also arrange Pelling sightseeing with reasonable rates , providing more value and information. You can definitely choose this place during Pelling tour.

The Best view of Kanchenjunga in reasonable price . From My point of view this is the only hotel in Darjeeling and Sikkim for the best view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel room . And the view in front of the hotel ( Pelling Helipad) is mesmerizing.
picture perfect location, one hour of pure uphill walk to Pelling (10 mins ride), and walking distance from some pristine visiting places. We loved the stay thoroughly. The staff and the host family were very warm and welcoming.
This homestay is really very nice. Host family was very cordial and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food was lip smacking. This is the best homestay in pelling. For all my future trips I have found a good place. .

Nothing Is that much good, rather than the rooms. They don't have a parking facility, and you have to go downstairs to enter the hotel. Car parking is a big issue.
