Staff was good to ok. Rooms need updating,beds need updating and beds sheets need to be cleaned. Keep on asking for new bedding bad. Can go on but was good to fair.

no free breakfast. there is a restaurant below that does serve reasonable food. but if you are a foreigner, you may find it very spicy. the staff was generally helpful. I stayed in the top-end room, but felt that it was relatively still overpriced. the external appearance of the hotel is not at all appealing and made me regret if I had made a wrong decision. but the insides are quite okay. though I would still say that photos are deceptive. the hotel is otherwise in an old market area of patna and there are good cloth shops around. if you want to shop for indian garments and wedding accessories, then the hotel is in a perfect location.

Filthy city . For a capital city this size, the roads are terrible.. Traffic is terrible. We visited the Patna Sahib Gurudwara which probably is the only clean place in the city

The facilities being offered by Booking.com should be communicated to the concerned property. In my case breakfast was confirmed by Booking.com at OYO flagship 22740 vide confirmation no. 2853636029, but same was denied by saying that Booking.Com has not communicated the same.

Dirty city with poor management, no one to looks after, public do not care for the city neither municipal or govt. All complain but no one wants to solve or help on solving.
Horrible driving experience,
Don't think twice and book this hotel, if you are looking for a good budget hotel in Patna. From the start to finish, I had a very pleasant time. The staff working here were very friendly. Even the food served here was really good. The building didn't look so nice from the outside with the construction going on, but they cleaned the building on a regular basis. They also provided a tuk tuk service to the train station with a fare price after I checked out.

Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly.
It is vey central and walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants.
Helsinki is a beautiful historic city with lots of amazing architecture to view whilst walking to your destination."

"Great central location
I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well."
The building was little far from the main road. However, roads were good up to the hotel. Locality is also decent. Although the overall food was very homely and tasty but breakfast served to me specially delicious.
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Patna. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
The hotel facilities were also excellent. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning which offered a variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate.
Certainly a good hotel in Patna city . Room was nice and clean . Staff was polite . They guided me to arrange local transport and also local food restaurant .
