Since I was looking for a peaceful place to stay I chose Morjim and it was surely a good decision . There is South Indian Restaurant (Udupi) nearby with less priced food and its good at the same time . Also there is a big medical shop nearby the Skon Resort . The Beach is less crowded . Goan Kitchen is famous for its local sea food however we couldn't have a meal there since it was undergoing a renovation work .
You may visit 'Smoky Fish Cafe' for good Sea food .
We had a great English Breakfast in Plant Cafe Morjim served with Bacons .

Felt the trip was a waste because of my wrong decision on booking with this property ! There was no water whole night and had so much trouble to use Rest rooms. Also they do not provide drinking water too ! Such a pathetic Holiday this was because of this property. Their rooms are not worth even Rs 5k .

The morjim beach has black sand and mostly free from crowd. Majority visitors are NOT Indians but Russians.
Most of hotels,resorts and homestay are far from beach and overpriced compared to vagator Baga and calngute beach.
Practically not much public buses.you have to drive scooter on rent. for 24 km travel to new mopa aiport I paid 1500 INR and INR 1000 for mall de goa (15 km).
If you are looking for isolation and this is for you.otherwise south goa is preferable.

What I liked - Good breakfast, spacious rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness maintained, courteous staff.
What I didn't like is the initial confusion and delay caused by hotel management in deducting advance payment because of which we were not sure whether our booking has been retained or not. The locks on the doors are extremely clumsy and many times the doors would not lock at all. Towels were not provided in the room allotted and had to be requested twice from housekeeping.

Relatively quieter beach in North Goa, as compared to Baga and Calangute. Limited water sports activity, which makes it kid-friendly, as there are no jet skis running recklessly. Lesser vendors, too. Shacks offer good food. White sand and a few rocks strewn about adds to its charm. Sunsets are truly photo-worthy. Ashwem is the adjoining beach, another beautiful place to be in Goa.

One of the safest beaches I would say, with some good fod joints like Morjim Hemitage restobar etc. This beach is adjoined by Ashevm and Vagator beach..on the other side Morjim beach is overlooked by Charpora fort.
We stayed here during a week working from Morjim. This feels like the perfect place for visiting northern Goa. You’re just far enough away from the noise of the Main Street, while still being super close to the beach.
Staff are friendly and capable, they have great tips and are always there to help! We even had the chance to chat with the owners a fair bit, and they really feel passionate about their work! This is such a genuinely nice place. We could even get our work hours in, with the super fast WiFi.
This place is so perfectly located.. in North Goa next to cool restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches that i came across .. staff is extremely helpful .. the wifi is great thats one thing i was scared about.. the place is newly made and is surrounded with all palms .. nice little cafe space at the ground floor .. go for the large room it's huge and has everything in it .. very good value for money ... Extremely recomend it ...
The staff is very humble and helpful. The hostel is located at just 10 minutes walking distance from the Morjim Beach. All amenities are available as mentioned. There is a separate kitchen to cook the breakfast and tea or coffee. It is pet friendly. We love the pet staying here named as LYLA. Location is near to morjim beach 5mins walk. The host mr. anuj guided me about lots of good places and restaurants and tourist destination in GOA. Moreover, he helped in arranging cabs and scooty. Excellent hospitality and ambience around this place. Enjoyed swimming pool which is extraordinary. Bedding properly sanatized . Toilets clean and staff very helpful. Felt like home to me. I would like to stay again on my next trip to GOA.
The staff was super efficient, accomodating of our needs irrespective of the time of the day (or night), polite, and professional. The property itself is beautiful, the huts are very characteristic of Goa, the pool was great, and the breakfast buffet had good variety everyday. Both Morjim and ashwem beaches are at walking distance. Overall this was a fantastic stay at a great price.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel (even if there are some things which would need to be improved still the good weights much more!!)
The location is just perfect, right at the beach, the huts are private and very spacious. The rooms are very clean, smell good, very well equipped and the bed is comfortable.

Wonderful resort. We have visited goa many times but this time the experience with Foxoso LA Beach resort is just amazing. I travelled as couple and the experience is just remembering. The food quality is just amazing the view from the room is just wow. Worth every penny.
