This time my parents were traveling to India, and I found this place via booking.com, the reason I selected this hotel was due to the high ratings (9.0) with a reasonable price. I was shocked and excited since I received a call right after the day from the hotel (Vinoth and kalai) regarding my booking and followed up until the departure date. They were particularly asked about our requirements and I had a great confidence that I did not need to worry about my parent’s travel. Review from my parents: It was a great experience staying in this hotel, excellent location very near and within walking distance to the shopping area and local restaurants, room and washroom are very clean and neat, the staff's services are superb throughout and they are very attentive, from the supervisors (kalai & Vinoth) to the room service staff.
