I had booked twin bed and they provided me with double bed with dirty linen/ bathroom door was broken/ the charger point was not working. Room number 109. There was no ventilation at all. The lady at the reception and the manager was very rude and on purpose gave me a dirty room considering i was single and they thought it would be ok with me. very bad behaviour

It’s a wonderful property. Everything at the place is fantastic. The layout of rooms is just great. Every room has a big balcony with sitting arrangements to relax and enjoy the scenery around. It has private parking. Their TEA ROOM is awesome; you can get varied types of tea and also coffee; especially their cafe latte is superb! Their restaurant is magnificent, together with their staff. Every staff is unbelievably helpful and customer-friendly. The varied types of food they serve at their restaurant is superb. This is the place to stay in Kurseong!!! Lovely owners. Very helpful and friendly. Short walk from railway station, although we took a cab back up due to heavy bags. Good shower. Very comfortable large bed. Huge room. Good breakfast.
