The Island House is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I loved the swimming pool, the garden and the terraces. There was always somewhere to sit, sip tea and relax in the most beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts were simply cooked and delicious.

Staff allowed us to leave our bags at the reception after check out. Food in hotel restaurant was ok. Location is good if you're interested in old Goa attractions.

The taxi could not find the place at all. After a few hours search, desperately I have had to find another hotel or else I had to sleep on the street. I had no internet the past days because I had to stay at a miserable place, the only thing I could find as everything was fully booked in Goa. In case anything was charged to me I request a full repayment. If nothing was charged then I request it stays like this. I trusted booking.com but if you place hotels on your site which cannot be found by a taxi, even not when calling several colleagues and asking people on the street, then there is something wrong. Does this place even exist?
