Jodhpur has a rich cultural heritage and the people of Jodhpur are lovely. My favourite experience was visiting Mehrangarh Fort, it was beautiful. My guided tour was provided by a knowledgeable guide, Nagendar Singh. Getting around the place was fairly easy. I was also pleased with my stay at Ranbanka Palace Hotel. I also got to try the local cuisine.

Jodhpur is a small but beautiful city with almost all tourist places close to each other. One could enjoy quality time calmly. One can plan for short term holidays. In two days almost all the beautiful places could be covered up and can enjoy authentic Rajasthani food too. Recommended to visit during winter.

After stays in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur it was a relief to come to Jodhpur. The city was full of interesting streets and markets to explore, fascinating history and architecture, with a grand fort on top of the hill.
We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed a walking tour of the city at night, an adrenaline-filled morning ziplining up at the fort and a 4 hour visit to Bishnoi village and the surrounding area. We would have happily stayed for another day or two if we had had the time.
We stayed in Khamma Heritage, in the heart of the old city, a very nice small hotel with lovely owners.
On the advice of others we ate one evening meal on the rooftop at Hotel Indique, in Pal Haveli. It was fantastic, with a wide range of Indian and non-Indian food and a good drinks menu. Blankets and heaters provided plenty of warmth on a chilly evening and the views were wonderful.

2 days are enough to cover Jophpur.
2 days are enough to cover Jophpur.
The locals are nice and friendly. I would suggest not to take big car to jodhpur as the streets are too narrow in the old city area (where most of the tourist spots are). If possible rent a two-wheeler there and cover all the spots otherwise you can also get autos.
You can visit Osian district where you can enjoy desert safari and cultural programs (food, dance, singing). There is a famous sachchai mata temple there. Its a must visit (very clean and quite with a beautiful view of the city).
Food:
Must tries-Vijay Restaurant (ask for their specials and they will recommend you the best, do ask for lassan ki chatni), Mishrilal lassi wala (try their Malayi lassi-just amazing). Rajasthani thali
Local finds: Pyaaz ki kachori, mewa kachori (if you are sweet tooth), mirchi bada, daal bada and kabuli.

We loved the city.
We loved the city. It was much cleaner than other indian cities. And it is walkable! You can see the pride of the people here to live here. Also lots of places for shopping and most cafe's have rooftop terraces. Always great view while eating.
I couldn't be more grateful for this place. I planned my trip for a day in Jodhpur and ended up staying for a week. All the staff at Arch boutique made me feel at home, they helped me with everything. The location is excellent and they just have a cafeteria where you can eat delicious Indian and continental food. The rooms are super spacious and very beautiful. There is hot water and best of all you feel like you are in an oasis because they are super quiet. I loved my stay and I will return for sure.
beautiful property, quiet, peaceful. on site restaurant was excellent, with live instrumental music every night. it honestly took the stress of figuring out where to eat that’s how good the restaurant is. the staff are 10/10. this place was like staying at a 5 star hotel with the level of service provided. the breakfast is also very good. extremely good value. Balveer the manager also arranged a driver to Jaipur and it was the cleanest taxi we’ve been in the whole trip! I highly recommend.
The fact that it is India's first heritage hotel. It is seeping in Rajasthani culture, heritage and hospitality. The amenities are very good.
The decor and design is awesome 💯
The garden is beautiful and the trees and garden landscape, the trees and the chirping birds are just soothing.
We went there for our anniversary and they treated us with a midnight cake which was presented to us in a way that took us by surprise (pleasant and mind-blowing) i will not disclose the surprise here :)
Room facilities are as in a 5 star chain hotel, room design is very new. Beds are surprisingly comfortable. Rooftop has great view of Jodphpur.
Above all most important thing is this hotel management best in jodhpur. Anything you need you get best answer and solution without any money/business/benefit seeking.
Neighborhood us very safe and location is in the middle of everything.
If you are vegetarian it is right place for real homemade jodhpur food experience.
Located in the old city but quite convenient for visiting a lot of places around. The rooms are very well cleaned and maintained. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom as well. But the best part is the exceptional service provided by the people running the hotel, including getting you anything you need plus providing you delicious home-cooked meals at a very friendly price. Even for double its current price, it would be a very good value for money.
Without doubt one of the BEST hotels I stayed during my time in Jodhpur! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The Fort View from the hotel was beautiful. Indded a great place for your stay.
The hospitality of AJ was one of the highlights of my trip to India. The place itself was comfortable with a view of the fort from the rooftop. You can probably find that elsewhere too but being able to relax and chat with a beer with AJ made me feel for the first time in India that I wasn’t just a customer, but a part of a family. That for me is priceless and something that can’t be offered at the 5 star hotels.
This boutique hotel is one for people who want to experience true Jodhpur hospitality. The property is located bang in the middle of the city but still feels disconnected from the hustle and bustle. The room was very comfortable and the staff was cherry on top. Mr. Madhu Singh is a perfect host will take care of all your needs in the hotel. This property is a must stay while in Jodhpur!
The hotel is awesome, with an amazing rooftop from which you can see the fort. I'd say is one of the best rooftops in Jodhpur. Hands down the cleanest hotel I've slept in in India. The staff was very helpful and hosted us though our bus was extremelly late and we got there at 2 am, letting us have a late check up. Also, very good food at thei rooftop restaurant.
Exquisite boutique Villa, This is our favourite place to stay so far in India, high quality room services with all modern facilities, the rooms are well maintained with neat and clean, The Breakfast was sumptuous. The host Annu was so kind and generous. The mornings at the place were really peaceful. Would recommend as a fantastic option in Jodhpur Rajasthan.
We stayed in four places in India- Delhi, Jodhpur, Pune and Kerala, and this was our best lodging. It's not luxurious, but it's in the heart of the historic city, the roof top dining and lounge areas look right out at the fort several hundred yards away, it's close to everything, and our hostess was terrific.
The best thing about this hotel was prompt service and neat rooms. Honestly by far the most hygienic hotel I have been to in Jodhpur. Room service was also on point, bed sheets were as clean as clouds. At our arrival we got super cleaned room as well as washrooms
The best place to stay in Jodhpur. Really nice hotel with wonderful rooms. Always helpful staff and very nice atmosphere. Good working wifi, rooftop restaurant, laundry service, taxi service.. all what you can think of, they gonna help you with every request.
The very best place that we stayed at in all of India! The minute we walked in the hotel as like walking into a complete different world! The gardens are serene, the lovely jasmine smell was exquisite and all the staff were incredibly helpful.
Banasa heritage haveli's staff is so kind and humble.I give 5 star rating to them. Very easy accessibility to the fort and clock tower market. Interior design of room was very very good.
It was like 5 star hotel experience.Exceptional hospitality, cleanliness and excellent ambience.
It was more than expected and first time ever we had such a lovely experience.
Beautiful place, so quiet, it’s very big and only few big rooms. Staff is very nice, swimming pool is wonderful. One of the best hotel we had in India !
