Excellent property and out of the world experience. Full greenery and pets. It was lovely stay.

It’s practically in airport with walkway. But no noise form planes at all!! Top floor with great views . Great service from concierge, bell boys, reception team in east and west wing and restaurant and breakfast place. Buffet lunch and breakfast had so many mouth watering dishes and they also freshly prepared several of my favourite dishes. Fantastic food and they went all out to make our stay a celebration. Bathroom is magnificent and great big bath tub and amenities provided are so nice . Fruit platter with kiwis, plums, and usual banana green apples and red apples all sitting on banana leaf. Many bottles of water and fresh flowers and also a foot bath with foot salts and towel in our bedroom was a great touch. This was the best airport hotel we have ever stayed in.

So many fake reviews on this site so here is a 100% honest one!…First time travelling abroad for me and I was very nervous. I arrived at the airport and was met by a very pleasant driver from the hotel, he immediately put the air conditioning on for me and was a short, safe drive to hotel. On arrival I was greeted with smiles from several staff members, speedy check in and then they carried my luggage and showed me around my room. Room was a perfect size for me, working air conditioning, ceiling fan, tv, kettle with tea and coffee, telephone, nice view from the window especially if you like to watch the planes ( hotel is within 10/15 mins from airport). Room was clean and tidy and bathroom with shower also clean with some toiletries also provided. There were 2 menus in the room, one providing a big selection of authentic Indian cuisine and another for a local fast food service, both available by phone. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I broke my camera lens on my mobile phone and not only did they arrange transport for me to a repair shop but a member of staff even came along on the journey to make sure I paid a fair price at the shop!!!. This hotel is a perfect place to visit either for a short airport stopover or a longer stay and I recommend you book here if you come to Bangalore. I stayed 3 nights and I have just extended my stay by another 4 nights and may even stay longer! It’s like a home from home!. It’s not in the main city but city is easy to get to using the numerous taxi’s available or Uber costing very little money. I noticed some “difficult” customers arriving at check in and they were quite rude to the staff member but the staff remained calm and polite at all times. These staff work very hard for you to enjoy your stay so please treat them kindly! All in all a wonderful stay and if I ever leave I will be sure to return again.
