The room we were given was exceptionally poor quality. The bathroom was unclean with stained grouting.
The bedding was smelly.
We asked for a room change on the first day but nobody got back to us.
We had to ask several times for an extra towel.
Marriot should definitely review this hotel as it is definitely not 5 star.
