The reception told me that they do not accept room booking through booking.com . They also denied offering me a room by stating that all their rooms are full. After some persuasion, they showed me a room which looked like a servants’ room for which they charged me 2500/-. Later I checked out within an hour or two for which they didn’t refund me anything. The hotel staff are not better than a group of thugs and cheat. I finally stayed at hotel harmony, just few steps away. Paying almost same amount with better rooms and service.

We 4 adults booked a room with 4 beds, but hotel provide a room with 2 beds only.where no ventilation, electricity not regular. Manager not co-operated with us..very bad experience. How did you recommended such hotel.
