Coimbatore is always a lovely place to be at.
Coimbatore is always a lovely place to be at. Warm people and a great culture to relish. My personal favourite is Isha Ashram, which I visit often, and also some of the places to dine like Anandhas and Sree Annapurna, while you are in the city. This time around, I also happened to visit the Gass Museum, which was very impressive if you are interested to know more about the flora and fauna with their well-researched and documented space, in the midst of a serene forest department campus.

Wonderful city with everything gettable as in a Metro withing a close and accessible surrounding. Be it a tour for anything, religious, business, holidaying, Malls and so on, nice destination. Cool climate, Ooty very nearby. Bhavani, Satyamangalam, Ooty, Palakkad, Anakatty, Marudhamalai, Pollack all around.

City is very lively in the early and late hours. Cab services are quick but they additional charge over n above the fare price else cancel the ride. This was shocking. Well connected public transport facilities. City is developed at the same time natural habitation maintained. Good food.Many historical n religious places to visit n learn. Owing to Isha Yoga Center many foreign tourists to be seen. Overall a happening city.

Coimbatore is a city with great temples. Each one requires sone two to three hours and sone or on the outskirts especially maridhumalai, pateeswarar, eeachanari Vinayagar, Velliangiri hills. These temples are very old and both spiritual and architectural marvel. So take care to spend good two to three days. The local cuisine is typical South Indian and you could make a visit to the big eateries Annapurna and Arya Bhavan and have coffee at any of the local Bakeries (you will find bakes in all places ) And yes, don’t miss to visit the Isha Ashram. it is fully worth it. This is also a gateway to Ooty and other nearby towns . Plan your stay accordingly
All works well, with good amenities for a hotel in downtown. All facilities make your stay pretty good. Kindness of the staff. The room size despite review that they are small, are actually ok. it was my main worry. But it is good. The spa and swimming pool size pretty comfortable, and all is there. This is a real 5 star, not a resort , but a good hotel in city limits for business. leisure and time pass.
It's the best option for those travelling by train at odd hours from Coimbatore to elsewhere as it is only walking distance from the hotel.
It is clean,though rooms are small.But it serves the purpose in a budget friendly manner during transit or waiting for a train which is several hours after your original work is already done and needs a decent place to take rest.
I lost my credit card in a bookstore in Mumbai airport, and only realized it upon arrival at Le Metidien In Coimbatore. The hotel manager immediately called the airport, snd within an hour my card was found and held securely until my return to Mumbai a few days later! Incredible service. Thank you!
Rooms are very spacious. Mattresses, WCs are clean. It’s close to the city center and there are couple of good restaurants next to this hotel that saved my time. The hotel staff can speak English. If I have to recommend between Ibis (Accord hotels) and Seetharam, I would suggest Seetharam.
It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life cleanliness was zero, thru have the towel in white colour but it is not fit for using as a bathroom door mat

The hotel ambience and rooms are very good and clean. The location is a bit away from the main city but close to the airport. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again next time.
being a economy hotel witout ac facility near airport, towels , brush kit, bath kit were served , also since check in documents were send online , they directly gave me my rooms keys.
