This hotel is right next to the Heritage part of town making it accessible to the ghats without the noise & chaos of the ghats being at the doorstep.
The rooms are quaint and the bathroom well equipped with toiletries the staff are very cool, they're always available and always helpful. I even got morning coffee on the house when asked.

1. Location. The property was located at a place convenient for the purpose of my visit, which is why I booked this in the first place.
2. The two little boys who take care of the property. I don't think I met anyone like a manager or owner of the property. Everything was done and provided by the two helpful boys. Even though they don't know much about formal hospitality, they were helpful when needed.
Overall, the room was appropriate for my last minute need.

First of all it is a sweet shop converted into a so called hotel . It is worse than any lodge or Dharamshala. I am surprised to see how it boasts of becoming a 3 star hotel. I was greeted with water shortage. There was no handwashing in wash room. Overall the staff were rude and disrespectful. I had to cancel its booking midway.
