The staff at the hotel are polite and professional. I had requested for a Hard Bed and they made arrangements which made my stay comfortable. The room is big and spacious. I was surprised with the availability of hot water and electricity for 24 hours in a small place like Chitorgarh. The In room dinning - The quality of food was good . The housekeeping staff was efficient so was the reception staff . The toiletries provided were of good quality.
The location of the hotel is excellent - the fort is just 10 minutes drive from the hotel . The hotel is new and the quality of the furniture and overall look is good . We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a stay in Chitorgarh.
