Absolutely nothing in the property justified the brand value. It’s a very small room and not comfortable at all for 2 people let alone a family.
We had booked two rooms the room size is small. It’s very cramped and no upgrade option due to standard room size.

One thing that really impressed me throughout the short stay was how normal people go about their daily routines in a calm, composed and dignified manner. People respect each other and their city as well. Keep it up.

Bangalore is a mix of tradition and modern India. The city offers many attractions that can be covered with in a day or two. There are many day tours in offering using Bangalore as hub – day trip to Maysore, Nandi, etc. As for city transport, if traveling in pax of 3/4 better get a day taxi for Rs 2.5-3k for 80km8hr and for solo or couple try MRT and auto combo. Autos are a bit tricky - please be carefully, fix the destination and the fare upfront as the driver would try to tout and take you to expensive shops wasting your valuable time. For eats - so many options, good concentration of verity restaurants at Brigade road area and are open till late.

The staff, food, and accommodations exceeded my expectations Upon arrival after a 24 hr flight, I was warmly greet by Jon and the front desk and he upgraded my room.
The room was beautiful and the staff were super helpful. I would recommend this hotel for work, pleasure and solo travel.

Fantastic town but very tiring if you're not used to traffic. The markets (esp. Chickpet/KR market) are well worth visiting, but I think 2 days is perfect length of stay for Bangalore. More days than that and the heat and traffic of the city began to wear on me. Stayed in Koramangala, which is a really cool area with nice coffee shops (Dyu Art Cafe and Blue Tokai) and a fantastic independent bookstore with a great selection (Bookstop!).

A place good enough to plan for 2 or 3 days.
Time management is a task because of hectic traffic inside the city.
Great staff. Although clean, the rooms are too small, which makes you question the value for money. Ideal location. If you are traveling through Bangalore heading south, this can hotel can be your pit stop, especially if you have a pet.
Service: The staff is prompt and helpful. No valet parking though. Room service etc is prompt too. The hotel is pet friendly with some additional cost which is worth it.
I booked 4 bed quadruple room for family
I called them from bangalore airport at 10 PM to reconfirm the availability. They said yes the room is available for me. After reaching there they told me that there is no room available and then moved to another hotel near by.

The room was bigger than any premium hotel rooms offered by 5 star hotels business category. The living cum bedroom was huge. The bathroom is almost half the size of the living room. I cant imagine a room as big as this with dual beds a smart tv, andv clean in all aspects at sub 2000rs levels. Seriously... Im shocked to see that room.
For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were a bit small but was clean and had all the facilities required.
The hotel is located at a prime location but was having hard time finding a medical store nearby until I realised there are none for 2 kms.
Breakfast spread was mind-blowing and really scrumptious, highly recommended.
Everything good. Main thing is location is good. Has road lights all around the hotel so you can roam around it. Also they allow for swiggy and outside food. Other than that you can cook also , kitchen included here. Receptionist are at 5 star levels. We like it , value for money rooms.

1. The place looked good and royal with good interiors and exteriors, but not close to a 5 star, the stay would rate as a 3 star.
2. The breakfast had a good spread with life counters but.

Who charges for Wi-Fi in 2023. The free internet was very slow literally slow.
Doesn't expected this from a hotel like this and that' too in Bangalore the electronic City and there we have to pay for high speed internet. That' unacceptable and very sad.
Hospitality of the hotel is outstanding. Food is also amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff is super courteous. Will always stay here whenever in Bangalore. Breakfast and dinner spread is also quite big. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!
Very comfortable stay. Reached the hotel at 7am in the morning but was given a room despite their check-in timing being 12pm. The owner and staff are lovely people and very helpful. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Bangalore again.
Hotel is located near MG Road and Brigade Road, very accessible to nearby restaurants and bars. Receptionist Chandra is very accomodating and always smiling. He takes care of all the things I need. Will definitely come back in this hotel again
