We go to Anand to visit family but I wouldn't really recommend it as a tourist destination, there really isn't a great deal of things to do/visit in the city and you need to explore outside of it if you want to see anything worthwhile.
The rooms were superb. Very clean and great value for money. Although located centrally in Anand, it is pretty peaceful. The staff is also very friendly. Plus, the restaurant offers amazing food. So, all in all a great stay!
