Probably the best experience I've had at any hotel in TLV! Team - absolutely AMAZING - so friendly, so helpful! and always with a smile :) Location - right in the heart of TLV! Facilities - of the highest quality and very comfortable with excellent room service and all the amenities you might need for a long or short-term stay. Sweets, marshmellows and gummy jars - just another added benefit scattered around the lobby to brighten up your day :) Breakfast - 'Cucu Cafe' just downstairs is excellent and the staff is absolutely exceptional! Thanks Cucu Team for everything - you are amazing! :)

the location is great, room was nice and comfortable but not clean at all....embracing actually. the breakfast coupon was useless, we chose 1 out of 2 options and it was very far and not tasty at all

Excellent location, friendly atmosphere

We loved everything about this hotel the staff we brilliant thy were helpful in every possible way and went the extra mile they were always friendly a big thank you to Amanda, Joseph (Yussi), Alana, Tommy, all the kitchen and housekeeping staff who were efficient and friendly too and always kept on top of cleaning our room. The rooftop area was amazing with sea views and ample relaxation spaces our spa room was amazing with sea view and hot tub the bathroom facilities were brilliant and bed was very comfortable. We were made so comfortable here like it was our home too we liked it so much we ended up extending our stay in Israel unfortunately the spa room was no longer available but Tommy and Amanda were brilliant in getting us a superior double room for the rest of our extended stay at an amazing price even the superior room had a great sea view and ample space withing the room. The location was great the hilton beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel just across the road, many cafes and restaurants nearby, great transport links with local buses and train station is about 15 minutes away on the bus, We will definitely stay here again already planning our next trip 😊 thank you once again to all the staff for making our experience so unique and comfortable.
