Great hotel that has everything. We loved the swimming pool on site and the little areas for the kids to play. The breakfast was superb, great choice and all good produce and cooked perfectly. Our room was a family room which was actually 2 rooms, the kids loved having their own rooms and own beds.

Location excellent. I was very happy with the choices for breakfast as I don't eat the rashers, sausages etc. Hotel had everything I needed. Would be delighted to return.

The hotel is very nice, there is a private balcony outside the room. I wish we had a better weather while we were there. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants, actually there is a good restaurant next door. The room was bigger than other hotel rooms. Very good coffee and tea station with everything that you might need in the room. The bathroom and the shower were great. In the lobby they have all the information for the beautiful hikes that you can take in the area. I will recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Check in and check out was very fast.

Even though I live in the same province, there was so much I didn't know about Sligo. It's a hidden gem. We ate at Honestly in Strandhill (great food) and at Bianconis in Sligo town - also great grub. Lots of megalithic tombs to see. Spectacularly beautiful e.g. Horseshoe drive.

Sligo is an interesting town in a beautiful location. We were there for a week and ddin't need to travel far for the town and its many facilities, wonderful countryside, good beaches, castles and abbelys etc. But above all we liked the local people who always made you feel welcome.

I love Sligo!
I love Sligo! It is a beautiful county with wonderful beaches. The water is very clean. There are some lovely saunas at Rosses point, easkey and mullaghmore with sea access for a dip. Not to forget the seaweed bath in strandhill. There are beautiful nature and hill walks too.
This was the second time we stayed here. It is just a great hotel with lovely big rooms and a cracking breakfast. Staff are great and it has a lovely pool and spa. What more could you want? You're situated in the perfect spot to get the best out of Sligo. Right beside the city, two mins from rosses point, and about 15 mins from strandhill. Also, definitley make sure you hike up Knocknarea. Will be back.
Restaurant food was excellent.
Young staff were the best and most attentive of any hotel I've stayed in Ireland. I mean that.
Kids were manerly , attentive clean listened to what they were told by us, was no issue to go to kitchen to check requests. Mature beyond years.
Those who served us as well as the others moving about. Please tell them same..
Staff trainer top marks.
We have stayed at the Glasshouse Hotel on a number of previous occasions. It is always very comfortable. The staff are friendly, the food is great but the best thing about it is the location, right in the heart of Sligo city centre. It overlooks the river, which provides a lovely outlook from the hotel.
