I only stayed in Killorglin for one night.
I only stayed in Killorglin for one night. It was not long enough. For a small town, it surely packs a punch for activities, scenery and dining. The locals I met were friendly and didn't mind a chat. I am looking forward to going through again and staying a wee bit longer to explore the area.

Lovely town with all our needs.foot paths along the river.
Lovely town with all our needs.foot paths along the river. Very welcoming town. People friendly, helpful. The information center was especially helpful. Hearing about puck was a lot of fun, we had delicious meals, and unexpectedly good weather. We took an extra day to just rest and walk about town which was a perfect size for a day of pottering around. Highly recommend it

Killorglin is an ideal place to stay when climbing Carrauntoohil. About a 15 minute drive to the Hydro Road Car Park. Also very convenient for other Kerry mountains. I would recommend Soy Y Sombra, best tapas bar in the South West.

It is a nice picturesque town on the River Laune. It was an excellent location for 4 full days of hiking in the McGillycuddy's Reeks. For the evenings there were quite a few good restaurants and bars in which to dine and relax.

location is great and the town is lovely with everything you need.
Their are many places of interest around and easy to explore from, the scenic drives alone are fantastic and we went surfing at Inch beach which is only 20-30 mins away
This was a charming little cottage with full self catering, washer and drier. We had been travelling for over a week and welcomed the opportunity to wash clothes and cook. Only a short walk to the town of Killorglin and 2 supermarkets. Very clean and modern bathroom. 👌 Great location for exploring Kilarney National Park and Ring of Kerry. Super tranquil. Loads of parking.
Location perfect at the edge of Killorglin. Lots to explore in the area, especially beautiful Glenbeigh and Rossbeigh nearby. Apartment newly refurbished and spotless. Very comfortable too with best shower ever

Hotel was lovely, well placed in the town, nicely decorated, food was excellent, everything was clean.
