I didn't like it at all. OYO did fraud to my credit card. Because OYO tried to empty my funds from my credit card 5 tines. That caused my bank cancel my credit card the n also my mobile has been blocked. I lost my lively hood because I can not use my credit card any more while I am travelling.

I am very sorry that I missed my payment. So could I please pay with direct debit to my saving account so I could continue the service. Currently I am in Indonesia for holiday due to fraud incident happened while I was booking accommodation in Indonesia threw Booking.com & 3rd party (OYO) who organised the booking taken 5 times transaction delibertly made my credit card account triggered my bank cancelled my credit card that supposed to pay the felix's phone bill.
I apologise for the inconvenience so, please accept my offer to use my saving account.

We basically transited through Salatiga as we often do that from Pasaruan to Sumedang. We usually try to pick every time a different hotel, just to get to know the place. We have been there often through the years.
The staffs of course! all staffs that I met..from Front desk, bell boy, security, restaurant.... All of them looks well-trained. Very friendly. ..
Location is good!
The bread store next to hotel entrance is good, nice marketing to give free bread for each room.. I bought about 20 breads during my stay there... 😂😂😂
The rooms, baths are clean, convenient.. Good value for money.
The physical hotel is better than the picture..the hotel needs to update their pictures in booking.com...
The staff, Mas Kris, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the evening and needed one more room; he was willing to assist us.
