The staff were really friendly and helpful, they provided us with a free drop off to the nearby harbour which was great. The beds are absolutely massive and the free breakfast is a nice perk. The hotel is also in a great location, a 4 minute walk to the beach, super close to lots of restaurants and 2 minutes from a turtle sanctuary which was lovely (which is free to visit and a real hidden gem).

We lived in the 3-bedroom villa. I believe it was the biggest type on the property. It would be good to note that the other types of rooms may not have fans or A/C. I saw standing fans were provided in the other cottages but certainly there was no AC.
The property itself and the staff were very good. Lovely quiet location and it felt very homely.
However, we did not feel very secure in our villa. The balcony had bamboo curtains/blinders that opened directly to the garden. We weren't too worried about theft but more concerned about animals/insects/reptiles that could easily sneak into our villa.

We had a great time! The bath and the view were fabulous, and there were bath foam and bath salt too! Room service was excellent, carried a fresh juice from restaurant to our room. Cleaning every day.
Host Leo was really friendly and helpful. Told us what we gonna see in different places and where it’s better to go. Also told us what gas stations work early in the morning, we are thankful for that.

Staying overnight in Nusa Penida helps you avoid the herds of tourist that do the 1-day tour.
However, everything is a bit far apart and poorly communicated, so do not expect full days of doing lots and lots of things. If you are in search for that, it probably is not the best destination for you. If you are looking for a place to chill, do some beautiful snorkelling and have some drinks at sunset, go for it.

Nusa Penida is a quite place.
Nusa Penida is a quite place. Not much to do there apart from few cafes by the beach like Bubu beach cafe or the beaches like Kelingking, Broken and Crystal beach. If you are a peace loving person and not that explorative then you should stay here else you can stay at Nusa Lembongan where there are cafes and market streets and can travel on a boat to Nusa Panida to do a day trip.

2 days are good enough for Nusa Penida. One day east and west nusa penida the other day. Diamond and Atuh beach are beauty and relatively less crowded. Tree house is generally too crowded with a wait time of 1+ hours in general.

The scenery is great, the environment is great, and the hotel is great. I'm willing to spend money on these things. But the municipal infrastructure is terrible. I don't know where my money is going. The roads are awful, full of potholes, very narrow, and it's dangerous when vehicles pass through.

I stayed in Nusa Penida for 5 nights which I think 3 nights...
I stayed in Nusa Penida for 5 nights which I think 3 nights would have been better. Snorkelling with the manta rays was absolutely amazing and the east island tour was lovely. The only thing that was difficult was most beach points means climbing the mountain staircases 😳.
Crystal beach was beautiful and you can drive all the way down to it.
Very Nice hotel, even the best of our 20-days trip over Bali.
The place is very nice with an incredible view! The restaurant is good too with competitive prices.
The staff was extremely nice, helped us to program our day trip at Nusa Penida and was super gentle.
We only stayed one night but regret not stay an additional day or two.

The property is superbly located on the beach. The wooden cabin like rooms are unique, but they could be a bit better lit. The property owner, Mr Wayan was very helpful and guided us well, so we explored the Nusa Penida island for 3 days. The hotel also has scooters for hire which are at a decent rate - great to explore the island.
it was beautiful at all. Whole environment, the cottage, the bar and restaurant. The Raja Lima & Spa is a perfect place where to stay while you are in Nusa Penida. It is close to the all famous atractions on the east part of island. We would like to definitely come back.
