The staffs are genuinely great, seems like they are happy & proud to be part of hyatt, they took care of my daughter really well , esp at the kids club, she refuse to leave :)
The kids club is exceptional , it’s more like a day care, packed with activity from am to pm , with a different theme daily, so parents, just drop your kids here and you can have your holday too :D
The room is clean, i can tell coz i have rhinitis allergy, the pools are clean too and not too much chlorine , we stayed in the pool for almost 7 hours daily but no irritation occured , haha.. ps i have sensitive skin
The hotels are packed with activities from am to pm, so you don’t really have to go anywhere else, perfect for parents / big family who don’t really like too much mobility while travelling . As family you can stay together but still have a lot of freedom to do many things .
There’s a lot of animal, from fishes, squire, ducks, crane, but watch out for biawak (monitor lizard) , it’s important not to feed the animal
Breakfast food at salsa verde are ok, not too much options but they covered indian, chinese, indonesian, american food, they got vegemite too & lots options of bread including gluten free & sourdough. They also serve coffee to your liking, from picolo to ice mocha

If you just go from the airport to Nusa Dua and back, I feel like you don't see the real Bali. It is absolutely beautiful, lovely big resorts, tropical plants, beach etc. But. It is very manicured and clearly has been developed for high end tourism, which is fine but misleading if you think that is what Bali is really like.
Having said that, I loved it and would definitely return!

Our Resort was our favourite place, we went for a relaxing holiday and we got everything we wanted.
We ate mostly at our Resort and the food and service was way above our expectation. There was a huge variety to choose from and the food was delicious.
We mainly used Grab, very quick, easy and prompt services.

For us as active 60 and 70 year olds, this resort was perfect. We stayed off the main road so no traffic noise (the road can be busy during the day). There is a lovely 7k promenade to walk along by the beaches and the lovely posh hotels. The Geger beach at one end is clean with good beach restaurants and beds and parasols to hire. This resort is probably not for the youngsters who want to party every night but there is still plenty going on

Large villa in hi-tech style, beautiful pool with garden view and a lots of flowers. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff who always tries to help with any of your requests. The villa has home theater system and a projector installed by the pool’s wall like in a cinema. There are many restaurants and shops nearby as well as the beach. Nusa Dua beach is 5 minutes away by Taxi and cost only IDR 30,000 to get there. Tanjung Benoa only 5 minutes walking from the property.
Gorgeous hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The spacious rooms were great, and they were kind enough to arrange a connecting room for our family. The hotel was meticulously clean, and we enjoyed the magnificent pool view as well as the compact and versatile gym. It's located about a 15-minute walk away from the Bali Collection shopping area on a clean and comfortable pedestrian street. It's also easy to grab a taxi to Nusa Dua and Jimbaran beaches and restaurants.
The staffs are very helpful and proactive, especially when they help me to get medication and treatment when i almost fainted from the sun heat..
The hotel are big and spacious. the bed are comfort enough for our family.
The facility are good and I guess this is a wonderful place to stay if you want to enjoy both the beach and swimming pool.
Definitely this is a very recommended hotel to stay in luxurious Nusa Dua with the good value for money.

It was paradise on earth!! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved it! We loved everything about the hotel, all of it. The staff were brilliant, the Balinese are such beautiful people. A special mention to Stu Sita, a lovely young girl at the bar, who looked after us so well. Thank you Ayodya for making our holiday so magical, we will be booking next May as soon as its available on the site.
Beautiful big hotel with nice beach and multiple swimming pools. Located in the area for rich tourists so everything is overpriced compared to Bali in general. Although if you are looking for quiet, clean and westernized location, Nusa Dua will be perfect. Selection of food for breakfast was great, but for lunch and dinner I would recommend visiting Bali Collection shopping mall or explore the area.
Had an amazing stay at sofitel nusa dua bali beach resort. Everything from breakfast, to the beach, to the Saturday night bbq and most Importantly the pool were expectional. Also the staff were very helpful and caring!

The hotel is conveniently located on a main road, really close to great restaurants, cafes, mini-markets and laundries. Also it is only 300 metres from Nusa Dua beach and 20 minutes from the airport via a toll road. It is worth to pay the extra USD1 for toll because of the convenience.
The staff from reception, to the restaurant and cleaning are spectacular.

Rooms were very clean with great pool side view. On third floor they even have open roof top smoking zone where you can smoke.

The hotel is quite huge, with very good location and strong security, walking distance to the beach. Huge pool area as well, 2 pools. Very suitable for family trip or business trip, with good price. Also a very economic way to stay here if travelling alone yet want to be in Nusa Dua area.
