Breakfast is good, the coffee is also for free but is not wow and if you want like an espresso you have to order it and pay for it.

Easy to navigate on foot, everything was within walking distance, and without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud etc. Not a lot of tours in that area, but excellent if all you want to do is swim, relax, read, eat and drink or just chill out.

Much quieter than Legian/Kuta area. Much less traffic. Lots of VERY LARGE hotels so hard to find smaller boutique type accommodation close to beach. Not great for shopping. Only a few small local shops and Bali Collection which has a few shops such as Polo and Billabong and some dining options.
We love the pool!! Wish they could extend the opening hours till late night jutst so we could enjoy more !! The view, the people, the activities, the breakfast selection was absolutely amazing. Would like to thank our housekeeper Eddy for the little appreciation notes that he leaves us every other day and the kind lady who gave our son (Ruru) his very own Marriot Monkey which will remind us of the special time we had in Bali. Thank you again Courtyard Marriot Nusa Dua for making our time in Bali magical.
1.Nusa Dua location is great. Bali Collection which has many shops and restaurants is right next to the hotel, less than 2 mins walking distance.
2. The pools are great, restaurants are also good.
3.Hotel grounds are amazing and so is the beach.
4. Loved the Club Access option which provided free food and drinks (inc alcohol) from 5-7pm.
5.Hotel staff were super polite and friendly.
Novotel Bali Benoa is a gem of a hotel! All staff were super friendly and hospitable. :-) We celebrated our daughter's birthday there, and she loved having cake for breakfast! Lots of activities in and around the hotel too, including SUP and kayaking, kids' club, gelato stand, 3 pools to choose from, themed dinners and entertainment, etc.
