I never leave negative ratings but here I lost 143 euros and most important thing, I lost one night without sleep, driving back to Budapest and one day in Balaton I was supposing to spend after the breakfast. I left the hotel after 3 hours because I couldn't sleep from the heat. A very dated hotel, I felt like to be in a motel in a old movie. I regret not having read the reviews before I booked, but for the price I was never expecting something like this.

Nice, warm and helpful owner&personnel, beautiful garden, great location, quiet, clean and cozy. Looks like in the pictures. The breakfast was basic but good quality, our room a bit small but we managed, the bed was ok, we rested well and the bathroom was big, clean and fully equipped. Great price for value, I fully recommend the accommodation.

Nice staff, superb location, kid and dog friendly! You wake up hearing the waves of Balaton. We were late coming from a long journey and the young receptionist was super kind and waited for us extra long in the evening! We really appriciated how kind he was. Our room was also fantastic. Comfortable and looked onto the lake. The price is fair. You get good value for your money!

- The place was well equipped, and you had a beautiful view to the Balaton which was really close to the property.

Very nice and helpful staff. After the first night they immediately changed our room when we realised that the 180cm bed is not long enough for us. Zamárdi strand is 800m walk, but if you just want to swim there is a bathing platform much closer, at the end of the road.
The hotel is fantastic for a family with small kids. There are kids corner inside, lots of outdoor game outside.
We were there at the hottest day, stayed at 2nd floor and the air condition were very efficient..

Breakfast was included ín the Price. The lady who managed it was extremely helpful, even providing useful típs how to spend our day and get around Balaton. And the breakfast was perfect. 1 minute walk from the beach.

Very nice welcome ! We just stayed to sleep during Balaton festival and it was perfect next to strain stop ! Outside garden is cool even if we did not use it . All kitchen availability
