I was happy to be the first guest of this newly renovated unit. It was very comfortable and cosy, with a great front deck and private yard. Boglarka was an amazing host and very helpful and accommodating. It's a 15 minute walk to the main downtown area, but has a fantastic little restaurant just a few steps away and a Spar supermarket just 2 minutes away. Would recommend it and stay there again myself.

Such a pretty little town especially if the weather is good. We went out of season (April) so a lot of places weren't open but we were able to find a choice of restaurants for our evening meal. We were only there for 24 hours so didn't have time to visit the various museums so perhaps a couple of days would have been better. Only downside was the heaps of tourists/tour groups. I imagine in the summer it would be heaving with people so I was glad we went when we did.

Szentendre is a picturesque town with a lot of interesting...
Szentendre is a picturesque town with a lot of interesting alleys to walk through and find hidden gems, including the walk down to the Danube River and along the path towards the Japanese Garden. I also visited Skansen the Open Air Museum which was an hour’s walk although you can take the bus. Many of the reconstructed buildings have information in English.
I enjoyed the weekend beak to the North of Hungary!

Worth the visit if you arround the capital. If you traveling with family and kids and not that fancy about the big cities than I would recommend you to consider to have an accommodation in Szentendre and visit BP during the day. It is just 30-40 minutes away with public transport, and you have trains every 5-10 minutes.

Szentendre should be visited when the weather is nice, best in summer. Beautiful streets, landscapes, food... in autumn-winter it is quite deserted, except on weekends. The hotel we stayed in does not justify the price for the quality it provides.

Small bistros all around the place. You can enjoy traditional slow-cook food. Also there is a very good Mediterranean Balkan Taverna ADRIA. We recomand it from our ❤

The town in perfect little town by Danube, everything is adorable here. The only problem is that most of the shops are unreliable and not serious about their working hours: somewhere they opeb shops on time, but somewhere they don't bother to respect working hours at all!!!!! So, that is very bad for the bussines.
Bukkos is the place where go back multiple times in a year. It is de facto the place where we go if we want to switch off. Everything (location, staff, equipment and facilities) represents high quality for us. The biggest feature of the place for us is the food they serve. It is just excellent.
The other big feature of the place is that they do not allow children in the hotel, and it makes a perfect, silent and calm place to rest.
Conveniently walking distance for us to visit family in Szentendre but not too far from the town centre. The apartment is a great layout and a good size. We had three adults but could easily have had four. Peter and Helga were fantastic, accommodating our late arrival on the first day and showing us the essentials.

I regret that I only had one night to spend in the apartment because it was a very nice place. It was like being a guest in someone's home rather than in some generically decorated hotel room with no personality. The location is about ten minutes' walk from the train station and is well-located for seeing the sights in the town.
Dunakavics XIII Apartman Hotel is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I have ever visited. The stuff is very helpful and kind. The design of the interiors is superb and very original! In the apartment you can find all necessary equipment to have a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this wonderful place :)
The hotel is in an excellent central location. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel which were real tasty, the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful just like the rest of the team. Thumbs up for All.

A super apartment in the heart of the old town and next to the Danube river. Perfect location, very nice and helpful host :) Really is a boutique hotel, not only by name :) We had a wonderful time here with our daughters who are true Harry Potter fans.
This is a lovely, peaceful, elegant house, well outside of Szentendre, with a very nice terrace and a great mountain view. The facilities are clean and comfortable. Budapest is a comfortable day trip by train from Szentendre station.
This was a great small hotel in the lovely town of Szentendre. There is a bar, spa, outside patio area, restaurant. The staff was very helpful. The location is great, walkable to all the sights. There is a parking garage.
Fantastic location in Szentendre, right on the Danube cycle path and in the centre of Szentendre. Comfortable bed, good shower, clean well laid out room. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.
Single room spacious enough for one person, very clean and organized. Linen smelled amazing, the staff was great and the breakfast was great as well. If I'm ever in Szentendre again I'll be sure to stay here.
