It was our second time here and everything was great, the front desk staff was professional ( 2 minutes check in /out), the pools and wellness areas well maintained, the food delicoius, the atmosphere in the lobby relaxing ( there was a pianist who played and a local artisan who painted). I loved the size and design of the room! the balcony was spacious as well. The hotel is very well organised. We will come again!

The apartment was very clean and had all the utilities needed for the stay. Very quite neighborhood. The apartment had a nice terrace with a view on the garden with fruit trees. This was a one night stay for us traveling on long distance. The next day we visited Eger city for half a day and went home. Recommend!

"Private" access to the spa (with thermal pool tickets included) brings many advantages, we particularly enjoyed moving back and forth between the accommodation and the spa in our bathrobes. We arrived fast from the highway, the garden was nice, wifi, lights, silent area, overall facilities ok. They communicated in English on booking platform, not in Hungarian like other hosts.

It is a budget hotel, but perfect for us.
When we arrived, we didn't have air-conditioning, but the stuff was super kind and let us choose another room with air-conditioning!
It is a fair sized room, clean! Shared kitchen can be found on all levels of the hotel.
