It was just a transition night between two very long driving days. Therefore expectations were minimal. The place has a lot of potential, however, it is poorly exploited. Breakfast was very good.

very nice place, big garden and very nice outdoor space, the barbecue spot was very cosy and we really enjoyed it when night felt. 3 bathrooms was perfect as well for a group of 10, the owner was very nice and helpful. there is a nice balcony as well to enjoy a view on fonyod, just 20 minutes by walk from the closest beach.

Great location, exceptionally friendly host, and excellent facilities. The apartment offers free parking, which is extremely convenient. There's a coffee machine and fridge in the common area, allowing for easy access to refreshments anytime. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay.
The kitchen is well-equipped if you prefer to cater for yourselves, and with a grocery store just a short walk away, stocking up on supplies is effortless. Although we didn't personally use the pool or BBQ area, they are available and look like great options for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.
Overall, this accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Very nice, modern apartment, with partial view on Balaton lake, decorated with taste, ideal for a family with children. The apartment complex offers also swimming pool (open from 9am to 6pm) and a tasteful inner yard. We also had our dedicated parking place outside. The apartment is well equipped and a public beach is literally 1 min walk. The check in / out was smooth and welcoming despite our late arrival. We would have liked to stay a bit longer to fully enjoy the experience.
Fonyód was reasonably clean and pleasant town. In places quite smelly, some houses need a bit of love and well kept houses have wildly diverse architecture, but generally the town feels safe and offers a lot of restarurants, ferry service, some water attractions and playgrounds for kids. Be aware though, very very few people (even young) speak foreign language there. What a difference in comparison to Györ in the North of Hungary, where everyone we met in the public areas spoke either English or German on a reasonable level. People are neither unfriendly, nor friendly; I fell like they just don't care about foreign tourists and mostly avoid communication due to a language barrier.
We appreciated the garden and pool as we had been cycling round lake balaton for the past three days.
The rooms and communal sitting areas were all clean and well decorated.
Cecilia the host was very helpful and booked taxis for us to go to a restraunt to meet our group.
Perfect Location just in front of the lake very close to Fonyod Town and Restaurants. Very Clean Bungalow. I can recommend for Family. Very friendly Stuff.
