Room is reasonably large. The location is good to see the Buda side and is not easy to go to the other side by metro.
The breakfast space is too crowded. The food is not as good as I expect for a 4-star hotel. Choices are limited and food sometimes are insufficient or slow to replenish..

The property was very central to all amenities, and transport.
The breakfast/brunch was very good. The staff were so very helpful and friendly.
The room was extremely clean and tidy. Split over 2 levels, I would recommend this to people with a child.
The location was perfect for me, as it was very central for Transport, and in the evening a little sightseeing.

Budakeszi is a small but lovely local village close to Budapest. It has many things to look at and see. The people are friendly and helpful and there is everything there you need for your short stay holiday, or a weekend getaway when visiting Budapest, especially if you want an authentic local experience. I highly recommend it, you will get away from the high prices of Budapest and pay more local prices.
Bus 22-22A take you directly to a tram stop and you will hop off and go to town from there (5 mins), lots of picture opportunities on the journey, especially over the bridge.
Stadt Restaurant is a must, great service, even better food and half the price of Budapest tourist places. The goulash is brilliant!
