.We really enjoyed our stay. They voluntarily gave us a lift as we were still in Slovakia about 500 metres from the Hungarian border and walking with our heavy bags towards Panorama Udulo and drove us to Panorama Udulo.
They were very friendly and gave us helpful information on finding shops and the yellow one hour Aggtelek hiking route. I had forgotten my camera lens and they found it for me. I am very grateful.

Having walked around Aggtelek on arrival day, I soon realised that the place is actually a little village on the border with Slovakia. There's no bar for an evening drink and I couldn't spot a super market although there has to be mini market somewhere so that the locals can get their necessities.
Having said all that, the room was clean and warm. Breakfast is filling with eggs, toast and jam.
We had a really nice 3 days at Aggtelek thanks to the fantastic beauty of nature, to lovely village and most important thanks to the great accomodation offered by Akos. It was a bit of time travelling but by the good sens, the accomodation was clean, comforrtable and very well located. The staff was very helpful and I have nothing negative to mention. Thank you!
This is a very nice place to visit. Staff are exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was excellent for the price! The hotel is right next to the cave systems within a beautiful Hungarian village
