The location was perfect, right by the beach and walking distance to the harbour. The rooms were big and comfortable and we had a great sea view from the balcony. The wellness was great and guests have free access to the facilities - loved the outdoor hydrospa although the indoor cold pool wasn’t very cold.

The food in Brela was good lots of places to try - our favourite was - Arca although we slap liked Obid .. we did not find cheap places! - popular resort with international tourists - quiet beaches further away from the centre - lovely evening ambience - you need to like to walk on the walk way- you can get done restaurants to taxi you to and from their place.

Brela itself is a charming village with bars and restaurants. The promenade which runs to Baska voda and in the opposite direction is long and there is no road between it and the sea. North of Brela are many small beaches and coves. Out of season these are not too crowded. I guess it can get very crowded in the height of the season. The sea, at least on my previous visits, has been clean. The views of islands one way and mountains the other are enjoyable. One of my favourite places on the Croatian coast.

Brela has been for years now my favourite beach place in the word. It was love at first sign. The water is so clean and refreshing, and the promenade that you can walk on for kilometres with trees and little pebble beaches along the way makes it the most enjoyable part of my stay. I do not know how to describe the sensation of calm and peace, even in the summer when it is busy with tourism it still the best place for me.

Brela is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation in Europe...
Brela is a wonderful place for a peaceful vacation in Europe. Croatia is more expensive than Greece, it’s normal to drink coffee for 4 euros and higher. After all, it’s the pearl of the Makarska Riviera. It’s worth every cent. The village is located in the mountains, so it’s normal that there will be steps leading to the hotel or apartment and all the beaches are municipal. You need to choose your accommodation carefully, because some are high up, others are closer.
Beautiful sea, white pebbles and magical green nature.
It is better to stay south or north further from center of Brela, so there are fewer people, at least in the season. But the infrastructure (cafes, restaurants, children’s playgrounds and shops) is better in the center. Also, if you are by car, look for accommodation with parking, preferably comfortable. And necessarilytry SUP and Bike!

really nice place for a restful holiday by the beach, I would go again but perhaps staying in a villa rather than a hotel to keep costs down so I could stay longer, we don't use all the facilities of a hotel so would benefit from a lower cost.
beach was great, we ate once at punta rata restaurant and the food was teh best for the whole holiday

I HAVE STAYED IN MANY PLACES THROUGHOUT THE EU.THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST.THEY FOCUSED ON THE DETAILS AND MAINTAINED A VERY HIGH STANDARD OF SERVICE.
I RARELY ,IN FACT NEVER ! HAVE SAID THIS ABOUT ANYWHERE.EXCELLENT!!!! WELL DONE TO YOU.
Due to extended renovation at the Hotel we got upgrade and were moved to the sibling 5* hotel nearby: Berulia. Great contact with reservation center, we actually visited the area where our original hotel was located and the place is also stunning: lots of Pine trees, near the sea, quiet location but close all of the attractions. Brela has great seaside promenade where you can go for the long walks. Worth a visit!
The apartment was clean, and as advertised on pictures, had enough room for everything we needed.
The host(s) were welcoming, hospitable, and helpful.
Slaven was always available to recommend places to visit and eat at - both in Brela, as well as when we visited Split for a day-trip.
This was our second stay in Mira Brela, apartments are just great, fully equiped with all you need for comfortable stay. You can enjoy beautiful views, calm and peace. Very close to great beaches and restaurants. Anita is great host. Highly recommend Mira Brela for your holidays.
We choose this hotel last year, when we slept in Baška Voda. We love the architecture of the hotel and really good reconstrukcion. Nice modern room, small but nice bathroom. Very good breakfast. Nice children pool. And the hotel is situated near the beach and the center of Brela.
Maja is a great host, rooms are very clean.Very nice balcony.Beds are very comfortable.Short distance to center of Brela and Baska Voda. The rocky beach nearby is perfect.
