Great location just north of Kowloon park. Nice view from floor 15. Bed are good. Very good shower. Room a bit old but fairly large for being in Hongkong. Breakfast is good with a good variety of food. The hotel has no pool but there is a public pool in Kowloon park 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The area is so nice to just stroll in. Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture, to nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.

It’s a city of great variety and therefore extremely interesting! People are very nice and the food is amazing! The meal at Muiklee was delicious! The harbour offer unforgettable images. Wonderful is also the Museum of Art. I spent in it 4 hours without getting tired and it is for free! I went around by bus and subway and it is possible to pay with a credit card which is very convenient.

Staying in Sha Tin was an excellent choice for me, as it was removed from Hong Kong Island but travel to other places was easily accessed by the MTR. Hong Kong is an incredible melting pot of cultures, traditions, and cuisine. It’s very easy to amble your way through the region with only speaking English. The city itself feels very clean and safe.

This is a charming place with stunning views, and it’s completely safe for solo travelers, even late at night. The food is enjoyable, but I would say HK is not a vegan-friendly place. Communication can be challenging as many locals don’t speak English; it’s tough without knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin, especially if your phone runs out of battery and you cannot use Google translate. Hong Kong’s transportation is remarkable, offering various options like high-speed trains, MTR, buses, trams, and minibuses. However, the cost of living is quite high compared to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

I found eateries are plentiful and have delicious food and drinks all freshly prepared. Hong Kong has excellent places to visit and has an excellent accessibility via public transport to mainland China so call Motherland. Macao is a brilliant with historical sites and buildings with Portuguese heritage and roads signage are entwined with Portugal. Macao is my favourite
Overall Hong Kong is always busy with sea of people and is a shopping haven for jewelleries like gold and jades. Modern shopping malls and traditional market stores all great experience
That was my second visit to the property and I was offered a free room upgrade, so I was very pleased. It was really quiet and spacious and I wish I could spend more time in there. It’s a good value property.
The hotel is modern and easy to find when you’re in the area. Let me remind you that the location is not central at all, it is the last stop of the Tuen Ma subway line and takes no less than 45 min or 15+ stops to get to Central Hong Kong.
The housekeeping team was very efficient.
Location was fantastic - great eating options within 5 minute walk. 4 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to bus stop. Backed onto Kowloon Park and the wonderful Flamingo sanctuary!
20 min walk or cheap taxi ride down to the harbour and the Star Ferry.
Across the road was a Wellcome grocery store and a 7/11 - plus Cafe de Coral for great fast eating options.
Temple street night market just a 10 minute walk as well as Yue Hwa emporium.
Also appreciated the laundry facilities on site
I was really grateful to stay at this Hotel. currently with the Covid restrictions, HK government has not done good job in catering for foreign business travelers in terms of advise around testing, travelling to China etc.
The staff was very helpful, no matter how many times I asked for assistance in reading things, checking websites. special shout out to Pamela Leung and Yuki for their kind assistance.
Location is great and easy access to many areas around Kowloon.
Very spacious room with harbour view - unique for Hong Kong at that great price! Super location in Fortress Hill close to convenience stores and restaurants plus MTR up the end of the street! My favourite place to be based while visiting HK for business or pleasure - just a few stops or short taxi ride into Central and there's a great harbour front walk possible all the way along the harbour up to Kennedy Town if you want to enjoy the views and stretch your legs!
Very comfortable. Excellent Central location that might appear a bit sketchy at first to a Westerner, but that is Hong Kong being a 150+ year old city. Area is VERY clean and safe - don't even think about littering. Hotel is only about 5 blocks from the Airport Express downtown train station. The nearby elevated walkway is a big plus. Staff were A+ and the best part of the stay. Certainly my hotel choice for a future visit.
the location of the hotel at north point is excellent. It is located at the terminal tram station that has frequent tram services that take you to central piers and other locations located on Hong Kong island. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is also amazing, one of the finest food in Hong Kong hotel. The facility in the Hyatt is also much more modern than the one found in similar prices around Kowloon and across the bay.
The location was conveniently as the hotel is centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Whether it was getting to Tsim Sha Tsui Station and East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, walking to Kowloon Park or enjoying a stroll by the harbor, I found it easy to get around.
The shower is powerful and hot.
The size of the room was good for 1-2 people. The bed and pillows were fine.
The hotel is conveniently located. You can literally access the train from the basement floor. The best yet was the services. Very lovely and attentive staff not to mention the amazing facilities and view of the harbour. It was my first time in Hong Kong and my accomodation was one of highlights of my travels. Thanks.
Very good location in Wan Chai, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also walking distance to Causeway Bay and Admiralty, and to Ferries to Kowloown or to Macau. Rooms are a bit dated and furniture rather old, but it's OK. Rooms are very small, but that is general in Hong Kong.
Its location is fantastic, in central Wan Chai, walking distance to many attractions. MTR entrance is 20m away from hotel. Many pubs / restaurants nearby.
The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. Overall a great place to stay for a short trip.
The location of the hotel was very good in the heart of Kowloon and close to subway. The staff were excellent...very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good with a good selection from a small hotel. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy.
Location is fantastic, being a short walk from the Star Ferry (and metro station) it provides easy access to Hong Kong Island. Restaurants and Bars...Kowloon side are probably better quality.....depends on your taste. Food in the hotel is awesome .
The location of the hotel was perfect,, very convenient and central and provided lovely Views of Hong Kong. As a long time residents of Hong Kong it was everything we wanted to relive out memories. The staff were friendly and so accommodating
Not much. I think this hotel is good value for money given how expensive Hong Kong is. The location is good, near Sheung Wan and not far from Central. They give you 2 bottles of water per day.
I found it on last day but you can walk to Central-Mid-Levels Escalators in around 5 minutes from hotel which is quite good.
The room is not very big but I guess its Hong Kong specific.
Great location in Wan Chai, very central to exploring Hong Kong Island and visiting Kowloon. Good facilities, room was comfortable, pretty eccentric hotel. All in all good value for money.
The hotel is located in Wan Chai, which is a pretty nice are to stay and pretty suitable to move all around Hong Kong island and other islands. The breakfast has a a lot of variety.
