the room has balcony which allows you to see the beautiful scenery outside. the cleanliness of the room is acceptable as well. apart from that, the location of the hotel is very accessible to all such as mall, & restaurant. Staffs are very professional and friendly. If you will visit Guam in the future I highly recommend this hotel.

There is an abundance of food, shopping, entertainment (family/night life/adult), and beaches to choose from. I stayed for 2.5 days and would have been perfect if I stayed for 4 days minimum. They have an Uber-like ride share available (Stroll app) too.

The hotel has the best location, where it is surrounded by lots of restaurants,stores, and beaches that are walking distance. Additionally, they have airport shuttle and taxis available at all time around the island even to the malls and several tourist sites.

I paid $40 more for this hotel versus another one because of the availability of airport shuttle. Before leaving Hawaii I had contacted the property and told them of my travel plans. I was very disappointed when I landed at 5 o’clock in the afternoon to hear that the airport shuttle was not available to pick me up. Also, when I checked in and requested to schedule an airport shuttle for the following morning, again it was unavailable! So I ended up having to pay $50 extra for a Taxi. The concierge confided in me that the airport shuttle is rarely available to anyone. I feel like this was false advertising.

Tumon is not a great place unless you are Japanese or Koraen looking to escape to a little bit of America ! we spent 4 days there as travellers or explorers and found some stuff to do but just a good rest and layover stop ! Give other places more time if you are a traveler !

everything was almost perfect, the room, location was excellent, the toilet and baths although looks old was working properly, water pressure was strong and hot water is aleays available, the place was quiet and the ambience was wonderful, i slept great during my entire stay.
the only issue i had is the wifi, the signal is not always available, but aside from that i can’t stop praising this place, i will definitely stay there again if i return to Guam

Abundance of varied restaurants within walking distance. The weather made it possible to enjoy walking to the Mall - about 25 minute walk. A lot of time was spent at the pool and the beach because most tourist activities were significantly curtailed or shutdown totally for Covid. A rental car is necessary as taxis and hotel transportation are very expensive.
Everything was great. Staff members were nice and they were willing to provide any help to us. Breakfast was not bad. The Water park was excellent for our kids. I myself enjoyed a peaceful time at the beach. You should check out the beach to enjoy kayaking as well. If you have kids in particular, you should consider staying at PIC. I'd like to express special thanks to a manager, Ms. Long for her thoughtfulness. Thank you PIC for everything. My first trip to Guam was even better thanks to this place.

STAFF WERE ALL VERY HOSPITABLE...VERY HELPFUL..I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, HOUSE KEEPING STAFF DELIVERED REAL QUICK...ENGINEERING TECH CAME IN AND ASSISTED IN GETTING OUR TV UP AND RUNNING...CHECKING OUT WAS A SMOOTH PROCESS AS WELL...SALLY ASSISTED US..ALL STAFF WERE SUPERB!!.. Location, shuttle bus stop is infront of the hotel. We got the ocean view room so everyday we have this awesome view of the beautiful clear waters of the beach, which is just around 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Filipino staff at the buffet area is very accommodating (forgot his name, he's an older guy), always greets us with a smile and brings us coffee. Rooms are also big.
Standard hotel room. Good location, but not on the beach (not too far though, but I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my stuff on the beach unattended to go swimming). The restaurant was not cheap, but quite delicious. Some facilities were not working since covid including water slide and resort park and pool bar and spa. So don't trust all the photos.
Lovely facilities, very welcoming and friendly staff (made our young son very happy), included food and drink (breakfast, afternoon tea, buffet dinner with drinks) if booking a club room, nice and not crowded main pool and kids pool, short walk to Tumon Beach (can be accessed via Lotte Hotel), great view from the room, big balcony
It's a great family choice for Guam, and seems to be offer good value for money, in comparison to other hotels in the area. I would consider coming back to the Crowne Plaza Guam.
I chose this place for my first family overseas trip. The nice exterior, restaurant, swimming pool, and Tumon Beach right in front of here were perfect!
