The breakfast buffet is great. Added bonus the Aqua Park free entry. In the evening a 30 mins walk (or a short taxi ride) can take you to the an Outlet with several places in and around where to eat. The pool dinner/party organized on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday is enjoyable and fun, definitely worthy to participate at least once.

I love the fact that attractions are nearby. Walking is unsafe due to lack of sidewalks. Using transportation adds to the traffic. Beware of construction and typically rush hours. Guam being a small beautiful island is still not immune. Tamuning has the characteristics of a city island style. My advice is to drive in Tamuning and walk on the beaches and sidewalks in Tumon. That’s Guam in the city.

The property was ideally located, between the city of Agana and the tourist area of Tumon Bay, so it was accessible to most places I needed to get to. And having extra bedrooms and complete facilities was a plus for

It is neither too urban nor too rural: there are lots of restaurants and shops, but also miles and miles of beautiful beaches. The island is small and Tamuning is centrally located making it easy to take day trips to all the sights. Get a dive map and Do a little exploring: Marbo Cave will blow your mind if you can find it. One place I most highly recommend is the village of Merizo, for the most incredible snorkeling I've ever experienced. Park in the lot next to the elementary school and go straight out: Amazing!!!!

So this property isn't in the main tourist area, but the price to be a mile away versus what you would pay in that area and the room . . . exceptional value. Two private bed rooms, one for kids, one for parents. Two bathrooms, Full kitchen, living room, dining table, washer/ dryer. Could not have been happier with this stay. The staff were super friendly and the store in the hotel lobby was reasonably priced.
this room has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. I travel with my family so its perfect for us. we can stay together. much better and cheaper than booking 2 hotel rooms. The room is renovated,has new furnitures and new appliance. very comfortable. manager responds fast to my request. I very recommend this place for someone who travel with friends/family!
everything about this hotel is TERRIBLE. I arrived at 10pm, and they told me their system was broken and had overbooked, therefore I dont have a room. Service and attitude was terrible. I ended up having to book another hotel with extra costs, which this hotel just shrugged it off. The location is close to the airport, but the facilities are dreadful.
The pool and water park were easily accessible. Because we booked online, we were provided breakfast every morning. Breakfast was a boxed meal that included a variety of breads, eggs, meat slices, and fruit. The hotel pool was open before and after the water park opened/closed which gave us more time to enjoy the amenities.
This place is like a short-term room rental, not a hotel level. Basic accessories are enough and the location is convenient to the mall and beach. The price is good ror a 2-room with a living room and the kitchen.
The Hotel, the Rooms and accommodations are fantastic. It's this group that are gang stalking me for almost 2 months now hacking my phone and terrorizing me that make it uncomfortable in every way possible.
We enjoyed the ocean view and separate rooms for a great deal. Thank you so much for the excellent service and we will definitely book our stay again with your hotel on our next travel to Guam.
Apartment is very nice, clean, & fully furnished. Located near shopping areas. Very convenient. Love the place. Will definitely come back & stay here when visiting Guam.
