Although it's not easy to understand from description we were staying in separate villa. It gives you enough privacy. It is very nice stone house, modernly equipped with beautiful pool of 4x6m (please take this as assumption only). On ground floor there is a bathroom (with shower), kitchen (I would say fully equipped with big fridge, oven, microwave and number of appliances for coffe or toast), small living area and bedroom with 2 separate beds. On 1st floor it is underroof room with king size bed and bathroom (with shower). Outside is nice sitting area (under the roof, so it is in the shade) with barbecue place and pool. It absolutely met expectation of my family.

George and the staff were very accommodating. we arrived very late yet someone was there to greet us. the shower was fantastic - the best we had on our trip. breakfast was very good too. close to food, shops and the beach.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! Originally booking for one night, we extended our visit because it was simply perfect. Nikos and his father Dimitri's hospitality was exceptional. Nikos's mother's homemade breakfast, delivered in a basket placed outside our door to avoid waking us, added a heartwarming touch. The villa is cleaned daily, ensuring the villa is always spotless. They truly spoiled us, making it difficult to leave. Nikos and Dimitri were kind and friendly, and it was a joy getting to know them. Conversations with Dimitri were enjoyable he is very knowledgeable and explained to us about greek history. my husband and I were on our honeymoon, and they really made it feel like one, even though we didn't mention it. It was an unforgettable experience that truly felt like a home away from home!

In September, Vasiliki is quiet, chilled and everything is still open but apparently, is very busy and lively July/August. Plenty of wind surfing, snorkelling. paddle boarding and diving from which to choose or car and bicycle hire are also available. Daily direct ferries from the harbour to Fiskado (Kefalonia); for a visit or onward journey. Plenty of good sea food restaurants around the harbour, in the town and on Ponti beach (sandy) which is a fifteen minute walk around the bay from Vasiliki beach (pebbles). A visit to Lefkada Town (an hour away by bus for about 3 euros) can be reached travelling through some wonderful scenery.

My first review where i gave the property 1 Star(1 Smiley...
My first review where i gave the property 1 Star(1 Smiley Face) was based on my initial impression of the property when we arrived.
We were greeted by an extremely friendly Manager Stellios who seemed to be run off his feet and the only person trying to do "everything"-run the Bar ,man the Reception, answer multiple questions from guests etc.etc.
When we arrived in the room the toilet roll was falling off the wall,the light in the bathroom was not working and the sink plug was jammed.
l went down stairs and asked Stellios if he could kindly be able to fix the problems with the room-he told me he would get on it right away and over the next few days(3 days) they were gradually fixed.
My review was based on the problems with the room,NOTHING else.
The room was extremely clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly.
l think Stellios an extremely likable and friendly guy but he needs a dedicated Reception person to book guests in and handle any inquiries or concerns they may have-basically he is overworked and trying to do everything at the detriment of his wonderful Hotel.
It is for the reasons above i am amending my initial initial review to 4 Stars from the original 1 Star.

Really liked the layout of the town.
Really liked the layout of the town. I liked the wide paved pathway along the seafront. Very pleasant to stroll along, particularly in the evening. A good selection of restaurants and bars. Really good location for those who like windsurfing or other watersports as there is a pleasant breeze. Beautiful mountains all around. Some amazing beaches nearby -Porto Katsiki, can be reached by car or boat, Efimea can only be reached by boat . Both have shale and sand . You need to bring your own sun shade very few facilities on the beach.

Vasiliki is located at the end of a valley full of olive trees, lemons and other specific Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by spectacular mountains, which offer peace and a relaxing view.
The beach, consisting of both pebbles and sand, is long and borders a very picturesque bay to the north, with calm and shallow water, ideal for water sports.
Along the beach and in the harbor there are numerous taverns, restaurants and souvenir shops. Another advantage is the proximity to the other points of attraction on the island, both from the eastern side (Nidri port, with cruise departures) and the western beaches (Porto Katsiki, Egremni).

The centre is lovely with many shops and restaurants. We ate at a wood oven pizza restaurant on the harbour which was very nice, really good pizza. We also ate at a gyro place also really good near harbour and can recommend bakery across from BP garage, look out for the horse at the garage.
There are several beaches within the area if you are good at walking.

Vasiliki is beautiful little village with great tavernas and shops. The location is perfect starting point for touring Lefkada.
Great places to eat:
- Sea food: Pondi Family Restaurant
- Greek food and music: Beaoyxi
- Best gyros and souvlaki: Giannis Grill House
- Best overall: Zorbas
Great value. Very clean and pretty room. Lovely balcony. There was no kitchen but there were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, which was perfect for us. Bed was the most comfortable that we have slept in in Lefkada! The building is in a lovely quiet part of Vasiliki, but within an easy walk of the old town tavernas (although there is a hill - fine if you don't have mobility issues). There are several beaches within a few hundred metres, and parking at the bottom of the hill. We would definitely stay there again.
Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Location is cracking. A short walk down to the harbour filled with pleasant shops and bars/ cafes. We only had 3 nights here as we are doing a tour of the island. We had just returned to Lefkada after a few days on a boat trip to a couple of the smaller nearby island. Last minute decided to drive south and have a look at the bottom of Lefkada. (Vasaliki)
Great place we all really enjoyed it. And within 20 mins drive there are some amazing coves and beaches!
Maria was the best host we ever had in Greece. The house and the room were super nice, everything was perfectly clean, everything is new, the breakfast was amazing. The host also helped us and gave us great advises regarding the best places for all kind of things- best food, best drinks, best sunset, best ways to the beaches. There's also great free parking at the premises. If we ever come back again to Lefkada, we'll definitely stay again in Calm View 😊
Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. You can enjoy Lefkada by visiting a new beach every day and in the afternoon enjoy the silence and the convenience of the private pool. Walking distance from the city center if you are planning a drink or two or four ;)
The villas were well build and it was never too hot during the night. The host was excellent and gave us advice where to go and was there every time we needed something.
Best location in Lefkada, with a small, remote and magnificent beach. The Water there is fantastic. The room was more than satisfing, confortabile and cool. The Garden is wonderfull and large, IT creates an extrordinary ambiance. The location is remote, so you can really "hear" the silence. The sea view is also wonderful. Last but not least, Thomas, the host is a very wellcoming man. Would really recomend!
Very tidy and spacious, not suitable without rented vehicle though, due to the fact that buses during main season run actually almost none so be prepared to hike to the nearest town. To catch any taxi was a mission impossible (in vasiliki area) . Otherwise it was really good for a short trip!
Recommend to rent e-bike or to book a tour via LEFKADA E-BIKE Adventures, they are absolutely the best <3!
The apartment is located in a quite area, in the attic of the Salt Blue hotel, it looks exactly like in the pictures, it is clean. It has a very beautiful view of Vasiliki beach. It takes up to about 10 minutes to the beach.
You will also do some cardio workout because there are some staris from the apartment until the beach.😁
Stuff is polite, rooms are being cleaned daily, center of Vasiliki with shops and tavernas is less then 5 minutes walk distance. Air-conditioning is good, parking is safe and beach in front of a hotel is nice to drink your first coffee in the morning before you head to numerous beaches Lefkada island offers.
Great location - A few minutes away from the centre of Vasiliki. Porto Katsiki was about 25 min drive and there were other beach options close by. A variety of restaurants and shops were in the area. The space was clean and the host was very friendly and welcoming.
