1) The staff was really great. Nikki, Odysseious and Filipos welcomed us every day with big smiles which made out days at Mykonos even greater. They attended to everything we asked for and more.
2) The Room decoration was modern and clean, the Room was big and had a great balcony and a hanger for the wet clothes.
3) The location of the hotel, Next to the new port was handy and beautiful. We watched every day the boates coming in and out of the island. Very poetic.

We arrived early at the Olia after a weeks sailing and on arrival we were met by George who manages the hotel. George gave us a comprehensive introduction to the hotel and places to see and visit and the ways to get there. We dropped our bags at reception and sat by the pool and had a few drinks and had something to eat at the restaurant. The hotel overlooks the New port and sailing marina at Tourlos. There are enough sun loungers around the pool for people and gentle easy listening music playing in the background.
The hotel is quirky and all rooms have there own entrances and very clean and spacious with great air-con, most rooms from what I could tell could view the sea from them.
There is a bus stop right outside the Olia, which goes to and from the Airport that is on the way to the New port for 3 Euros. and the Sea Bus is 5 minutes walk that will take you to Mykonos town for 2 Euros or the Seajet and Ferry terminals to take you to a multiple of other islands.
Breakfast is a buffet and plenty of choice with hot bacon, sausages and eggs and meats, cheeses and fruits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Guest House. The room was well decorated and comfortable, not super fancy, but simple and beautiful. Hidden lights was a plus. My favorite thing was the veranda/balcony, which offered a nice view of the new port and of Mykonos, and we could enjoy long hours there enjoying eating or just watching the sea and the ships. On top of that, Natasha is a very radiant person which makes you feel at home, and was ready to accommodate our needs. We will definitely revisit the Sunny Guest House if we visit Mykonos again and it is totally recommended.
Overlooking the new port of Mykonos and located just 5 minutes from Agios Stefanos Beach, Makis Place features a bar-restaurant and a swimming pool with sun terrace.

Our stay at Sea Wind Mykonos Villas was nothing short of exceptional. From our arrival until our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Convenient Transportation
The villa offers convenient transportation services, picking us up from the ferry on arrival and dropping us off at the airport for departure. Their spacious van comfortably accommodated our group of four and all our luggage, making transfers stress-free.
Serene Location and Well-Maintained Property
The property's tranquil atmosphere provided a perfect retreat from the bustling Mykonos scene. The well-kept compound added to the overall pleasant experience, allowing us to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting.
Outstanding Local Recommendations
One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent local recommendations provided by the staff, particularly Katerina. Her curated list of places to visit and restaurants to try became our daily guide, significantly enhancing our Mykonos experience.
Convenient Car Rental Service
The staff assisted us in renting a car at a competitive price, which proved to be both cost-effective and convenient for exploring the island. This service saved us time and money, allowing us to discover Mykonos at our own pace.
Flexible and Accommodating
We were particularly impressed by the staff's flexibility. Apostolos and the team accommodated our requests for early check-in and late check-out, greatly enhancing our travel experience.

The location was great to catch the ferry to Naxos.
Sea taxi into Mykonos town and in the town was extremely busy with the people from the cruise ships.
Mykonos is beautiful but very expensive.
The new port for the ferry’s is a nightmare a free for all with very little help telling you where to go or what to do.
I’m glad I’ve experienced it, but I won’t go again.

Tourlos is pretty much just the port so v v busy either ferries and most days 3 or 4 cruise ships as well. Doesn’t have a village feel the hotel is on a very busy main road with no pavement so you can’t really walk along to explore.

Definitely the magnificent views and the friendliness of the people. We were told that food and drinks were expensive. But there are plenty of restaurants that had more reasonable prices. To get the most of our trip there, we rented an auto so we can travel to other beaches to avoid the strong winds. There are also less expensive vehicles to rent like ATV, motorcycles, and vespas.

Tourlos is at the best a suburb of Mykonos, and we didn't see anything special; The place is in a few kilometers distance from Mykonos center. To get there on foot, make sure you have good knees and ankles. Shopping food and specially water is not straight forward around the area. Specially carrying water , if you do no have a car, it would be tiresome. The tab water is only usable for taking shower. The hostess was kind enough to leave a bottle of water for drinking to start with.

Tourlos is certainly a less expensive alternative to Mykonos Old Town---as a hotel location---while proving easy and inexpensive access (€2/passenger with the Sea Bus) to the Mykonos Old Town. The island of Mykonos is ,however,---as a preferred party island for especially the younger visitors---not my preferred Greek Island, for exploring historic sites or even enjoying places with a unique volcanic history and topography (like Santorini)....

Tourlos is definitely a great reference point for exploring...
Tourlos is definitely a great reference point for exploring the island of Mykonos. The hotel prices are reasonabe when compared with those in Mykonos town, and also in comparison to the hotels in the vicinity of the popular beaches in the South of the island. And, should you arrive or depart from the New Port of Mykonos to any of the other islands, your hotels are mostly in walking distance to the departure/arrival point of the New Port.
And, the airport is also reasonably close, so that most hotels are offering a free shuttle service upon your arrival at Mykonos Airport.
I would definitely come back to Tourlos, and even to the same hotel, based on my pleasant experiences with the hotel operators.
Incredibly cozy and modern place. Delighted with the staff and service. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels for the beach were given, they helped with suitcases, a car was also rented, and a transfer to the hotel was organized. It was very good. Thank you
Staff was helpfull, location is little bit out of old town but not too much approx 1-2 km by car. You must rent a car in the island.room had new port view, new port is too close to hotel , has parking area, room was clean but furnitures were old.
The grounds and pool area are lovely. The staff are incredible. The owner Elena went above and beyond to help us. Even picking us from the port! She was a credit to her hotel. Rooms are basic but everything you need and comfortable enough.
it is close to new port and room has very good wiev, lovely stuffs, see bus is an option for 2euro one way to town but limited times. restaurant is very good into hotel , free transfer from airport and back after holiday finish
Amazing balcony. Good location. Staff super friendly and helpful. Theres a place to eat called Compass about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, it is a bit cheaper than other local restaurants.
