Old style, very friendly, the rooms are big and comfy This place is a bit of a time bubble. Do not expect modern optics. When you first enter it is a bit grotty but I think this is part of the charm. It's not like one of these standard hotels that you can find all around the world. Beds are clean and big, we had a balcony and aircon, WiFi was so so. For the price it is a steal. On site parking if you need.

Tolo is Tolo....it's unique.
Tolo is Tolo....it's unique. Still a fishing village but with all the facilities you could want. Great bars, restaurants and authentic food. Sandy beach is lovely but at the weekends be prepared for an influx of visitors from Athens when Tolo really comes alive. You will find that people go back year after year from countries all over Europe. Relax at Cafe ExPress Bar.... Manolis and his family.

Very beautiful village. The locals are very friendly. You can swim in the great and big sea. Eat in the local restaurants with great view. You can also visit Nafplio or have a one day trip to Ydra or Spetses.
Tolo offers safe clean beaches, excellent food choices, very good shopping options, and beautiful friendly people. Lots of sun beds, and a variety of excellent eateries along the beach front. The Golden Moon certainly stands out as regards value for money in an awesome location beachfront. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Views are really lovely.
It is very easy to find your way around the centre of Tolo but I expect in peak season, it would be very difficult to find parking.
I would rather stay in a quieter area closer to the little harbour area next time. We stayed down the opposite side and it was too busy.
Make sure you get a sunbed/umbrella as we could not get one at our Hotel.

Great place for family vacation.
Great place for family vacation. If you want a calm, relaxing place with clean sea water, local fresh food, plenty of subtropical trees and many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and the choice of beaches (reachable on foot and by car), Tolo is the right place for you. Plus, a very interesting Mediterranean town of Nafplion is just 10km away with a fortress on the top of a hill, great shopping areas and plenty of good food. Visit to archaeological sites of Mycenae, Epidavros and Korinthos (1-2 hours distance by car) is a must!

The best things about hotel Amaryllis were the magnificent view from our beds and terass to the town below and sea with Islands. The next best was the staff. Their attitude made the hotel really exclusive.
This is a very nice guest house at excellent location in the heart of Tolo. Ideal place for family vacation, spacious living room, kitchen, slipping room upstairs and two bathrooms with modern new furniture made our vacation very pleasant. The main town beach is just 200m away, sandy and clean. Many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are within 100-400m. Parking place was also available. During the night the house was quite, there was no much noise from nearby hotels. WiFi was of excellent quality.
Very friendly staff and rapid communication. No issues checking in. The apartment is located in the second row opposite a camp site and several hotels. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach, which is excellent. Tolo city centre with the majority of restaurants and supermarkets is 15-20 minutes away on foot. I liked that the apartment had a washing machine. Air conditioning is good and necessary. Parking is public next to the road. Would recommend for a single person or a couple.

It is the second time we stay in this hotel and would come again if the road leads us there :) It is literally on the beach and its perfect for a family with a small child. The staff is very friendly and polite. Also, is very clean, its close to the city center and has a shop and several restaurants that are close by. If you come by car there is a big parking lot next to the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast was also good.
Old school hotel in Tolo, the room looked like grandma's, with massive sculpted furniture and tapestries on the walls. The bed was huge and confortable. The hotel has its special charm, even if it needs some renovation, but I think it is not for everyone, as people prefer modern facilities. The owner is very kind, he gave us a bottle of wine as Christmas present, and also water, coffee and tea.
Super comfy and clean rooms- attentive and friendly staff- amazing location- great value- close to the beach and also right in town- cannot say enough about this hotel- since our first stay several years ago, it has only gotten better (refurbished rooms)- We cannot visit Greece without making a stop at Apollon Hotel Tolo. Absolute best part of our vacation!

Owners of Hotel Electra made everything they could so that we have a really nice stay at the hotel, whatever we asked was made by them and they also gave us many information about the place. Beds were super comfortable and large to make are stay and rest when we were at the room as good as possible.
