The accommodation was spotless clean and comfortable. The host Anthony was very welcoming, he made many restaurants & site seeing recommendations which were all excellent. The hotel was only a 10 minute stroll to the port. It was also lovely to have the pool area to relax in.

Loved the island. Two days were not enough.
Loved the island. Two days were not enough. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys picturesque villages, great food, polite people.
Amazing churches apart from the magnificent main church in the city, don't miss Agia Pelagia in Kehrovounio. As well as village Volaka. Pyrgos was also beautiful with a nice square where you can enjoy traditional sweets like loukoumades, galactomboureko etc.
Better rent a car to see most of the island, although there is public transportation (not familiar with how frequently it runs). The streets are quite good so it's not difficult to drive even if you are not extremely confident, without traffic. The few villages we visited , had parking spaces just before entering the village which was very convenient.
In october, I was able to get quite economical accommodation and car. Although some car rental offices offer even lower prices if you book online beforehand. (At least one day earlier).
Even with high temperature, it was very windy so make sure you have appropriate clothes.

Great island, I have been many times.
Great island, I have been many times. I love the villages of the island. The food is also great.
I suggest swimming at Laouti if it is windy and everywhere else if not. Most beaches are very nice, like Kolibithra, Santa Margarita, Isternia, etc. I choose Livada, a wild beach in the North as a beach to visit, there is a 10 min. difficult road to drive to get there.
Must eat at Kalloni "Sto Theatraki", at Myrsini "Tereza", at Dyo Choria among others.
To close, a drink at Sunset View at Kardiani with a great view of Aegean sea.

The island has rugged landscape.
The island has rugged landscape. The villages are picturesque, white washed buildings, clean and tidy stonshowing the love of the locals for their island.
Great food, hidden restaurants and eateries that can surprise you on how well they are done. Bars with a view of the sunset that serve drinks and meals. The people are very friendly and willing to help. A good bus system, clean/new and fully air conditioned. Not too expensive and can find many reasonable places for each pocket. I would advise to have a car as its a distance to get to certain beaches. And to see the beautiful villages🇬🇷

Tinos town for me its lovely.
Tinos town for me its lovely.
My favorite place is the church and the nearby beaches. I eat everywhere and I have tried tavernas from other villages I have visited.
I can go back to Tinos but in the nearby area and nearby beaches to avoid the hustled curving roads. It isn't easy to go around Tinos if you don't know how to drive.

Loved the island!
Loved the island! Tinos Chora was smaller than Pariakia on Paros or the Naxos Chora. It was a bit more commercial. But we loved walking through the town and everyone we met was really friendly. We ate at 2 restaurants and the food and service was great. We hired a car from Dimitrias Rent a Car - we pre-booked and they collected us from the ferry with a little Suzuki Celerio. Painless and easy....and cheap. Would recommend them to anyone - ask for Helga.
We booked this place based off the incredible reviews and it was above and beyond everything we expected! The hosts were INCREDIBLE, they are the kindest and most respectful people. The place was incredibly clean, affordable and the service was unparalleled, we even got picked up and dropped off to the ferry. On top of that, we received a little home made treat every day! Within a few minutes of walking you can reach Tinos town with all its lovely restaurants and shop as well as several beautiful swimming spots. 100% recommend.
Great location, within 5 minutes of port and 10 minutes of main town. Maria the owner was very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Transferred us to and from the port and arranged car hire.
Apartments cleaned with fresh towels daily.
Fully equipped for self catering but plenty of places in town for food to suit all budgets.
Well worth hiring a car to explore the island and try out Tinos Trails if you like walking.
We also stayed at the neighbouring island of Syros, well worth a visit as well.
It was an easy walk into town, about half mile. The room was large and had 2beds and the smallest balcony in the hotel. I booked a tripple room with a large balcony and deluxe sea view. I didn't get the room or view I booked. So not happy, despite several emails before regarding my room. The room was located next to 2 elevators which made it noisy. I specifically asked for a quiet room. The transportation to hotel was excellent thank you Michael.
This beautiful accommodation is a real gem if you like privacy and an unparalleled view to the Aegean sea. The location is a bit far from tinos town, but close to many nice villages on the island.
The room was nicely decorated and had a lovely terrace with plunge pool. Breakfast was served in room, I presume because of Covid measures, and was everything you could wish for.
The owners are lovely and give you a warm welcome.
Honestly Eleana hotel may be one of the best all-around hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Hotel is so charming, perfectly centrally located and very stylishly designed. Super clean, very attentive to every little detail. Dimitri, one of the family owners, was an angel - gave us so much tourist advice and made restaurant reservations for us every night. Helped with car rental and every other detail concerning our stay.
A new and spacious apartment right in the heart of old town Tinos. Full kitchen and nice bathroom/shower. Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet given its location across from a jazz bar and within 50 meters of many restaurants. Very responsive owner who arranged an early check in and key exchange. If you want to completely immerse yourself in a traditional Greek setting, you won’t find a better option anywhere.
Pick up and drop off service to the Port was so helpful and such a friendly driver. Room was really well appointed, super clean and a very generous supply of snacks, coffee and tea etc. A perfect spot to spend our first night in Tinos and explore Tinos town.
All great! The location was great, right in the heart of Tinos town, nevertheless quiet. The apartment was tasteful, in a renovated old house with nicely preserved stone walls, clean and comfortable. The hostes was kind and very helpful. I highly recommend it!
The property had a lovely view and was quite “instagramable”! Nikoleta the owner was lovely and made us feel at home although we were in a foreign country and city. The house was only 5 mins away from town and from the port.
Beautiful location with a great view, cozy apartment with a cute balcony. Clean pool, excellent breakfast. The host was amazing, very friendly and gave us a lift from and to and port as well as Tinos town.
Amazing architecture and design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. Combination of modern and classical Greek tones made the rooms unforgettable! Breakfast was great as well as the location top notch!
Lovely apartment just outside Tinos Town, 15 minute walk to centre. Nik was very helpful and the transfer he provided from and back to the port was very much appreciated.
Great central location. Easy to walk to the ferry port and bus station.
In the centre of the old town and in walking distance to the restaurants and cathedral.
The property is located in a great location close to everything in Tinos town. Super clean and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back!
